  I generally never bother to write reviews, but I'm learning that I sure do appreciate reviews by folks who take the time to let others know about their experiences, good or bad. It helps decide who to go with for a job... especially a huge one like a roof. We had an excellent experience working with Roofing Renovations throughout our insurance claim and roof replacement process. From the very beginning, Shaun was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions (and we had A LOT), and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed us most was Shaun’s diligence and persistence in working with our insurance company (which is known to be complicated to deal with). He was here to meet with the adjuster and take that stress off of us. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes, documented everything carefully, and advocated for us every step of the way to ensure the damage was properly reviewed and approved. Our claim had to be reopened several times, but he didn't give up. His attention to detail and follow-through gave us so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful process, and at the end of the day, after months and months of back-and-forth with the insurance (all thanks to Shaun), our claim was approved. It is rare to find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers the way Shaun, Shane, Ed, and the crew at Roofing Renovations do. We are extremely grateful for Shaun’s hard work and dedication, and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services or help navigating an insurance claim. And, best of all, our new roof looks beautiful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  So happy with doing business with Roofing Renovations of Tn. Shaun and Ed were in contact with me from the start. Shaun understood what I needed done and sent someone over very quickly in my opinion. The workers did a great job. They repaired a leak at my chimney and replaced a long gutter. I would definitely recommend their services. It’s rare to find trustworthy people in this business, and I feel they are.

  Shane Barber of Roofing Renovations handled everything from start to finish. He communicated with our insurance company, providing them detailed evidence of our roof’s damage with drone images (resulting in a complete roof replacement and our only being responsible for our deductible) offered quality roofing system options, monitored every phase of the repair / replacement, right down to cleanup, including a final sweep with a magnet himself. I highly recommend Roofing Renovations!

  They were very nice and patient. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Plus a great job on clean up. They explain every step that has to be done. Just a great company with great people.
