  Dakota was great for our in house maintenance visit today! He explained what he was doing and provided answers to several of my questions. He provided throughout summary of the visit and the next steps. Precision Air continues to be a trusted provider for the comfort of our home.

  Update I have been trying to get a hold of someone for three weeks. Phone is not answered, Bennet your ai is a waste of time, no one calls back. Please have someone reach out immediately After having some initial issues getting in touch and hearing back from the service department, Macayla (not entirely sure on the spelling!) stepped in and completely turned things around. ​She answered promptly, got me set up with a quick follow-up appointment right away, and genuinely tried to help resolve my situation. While I'm still praying the underlying issue gets fully fixed, I truly appreciate her excellent customer service, responsiveness, and effort to make things right. Regardless of the final outcome with the system, Macayla deserves a lot of credit for her care and professionalism!

  Precision Air installed a brand new, high-end WaterFurnace geothermal system for us a little over two years ago. Unfortunately, we started experiencing significant issues this past October. Despite spending thousands of additional dollars and enduring more than a dozen service visits over the past several months, the system is still not working properly as of late May. In the last two weeks, the company has stopped responding to my emails and phone calls entirely. This level of service after such a major investment has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking at other reputable companies for geothermal installation or repairs.
