  I am a 25 year plus customer, prior to the sale of the company to a larger firm. If I were you, I would call another HVAC company before they put the incorrect part in my furnace and caused damage. They also failed to reschedule my second visit which was paid for and has not been to my home in over a year. This NEW bigger company SUCKS and you should run from them.

  Considering he never actually fixed my issue and said he needed to order a part that was never ordered and that Precision Air wanted to send me an invoice for $360 for an unfixed unit. I'd say the service was horrible. Luckily for me Tim Jennette from their sister company "Clark Heating & Air came and found that the problem was not the transformer and breaker in my attic unit, but a frayed wire on the outside unit. Thank You Tim!

  I have never left a poor review for a company, but I feel like others need to know our experience to avoid the same problems with Precision Air. We had a Geothermal system installed in 2022 (four years ago). This system was very expensive ($56,000) with the understanding that these are reliable systems that can last for a very long time. We were led to believe that Precision was knowledgeable on these systems and could service for us. The system is also under warranty with Precision Air. The system had minor issues about every six months that the company was able to repair (which was not a big deal). However, we started having significant issues in March 2026. As of August 2026, I estimate we have had a Precision Air technician come out 8 times (not counting the probably 10 time they completely ghosted us with no communication). Nothing was ever fixed and the system would maybe work consistently for a week and then stop working. They would tell us that they would reach out with information on scheduling and repairs, but nobody would ever get back to us. I estimate my husband and I have probably called them over 100 times. We went for a period of time of over a month without heat/air, which required me to find somewhere for us (I have two small children) and our pets to go (our house was too hot). At this time, we have had a non-functional system for the past two weeks (See the picture: It is currently 90 degrees in our house). We have, again, been told they are "ordering a part", but zero communication on what the problem actually is, what "part" was ordered, when it will come in, or when they can fix the system. At this point, I am convinced they do not actually know how to service geothermal systems, which should have been clearly stated to us prior to purchasing. Regardless of the situation, the communication has been the worse I have ever encountered with a company.
