  Within an hour of my call on a steamy TN afternoon, Aiden Clara of Parker Heating and Cooling appears to diagnose a failed exterior air conditioning unit. Fortunately, he had the part needed on his truck and the unit was working in a few minutes. That's service!

  Our HVAC unit recently received its summer check up. The technician, Avery, found a lot of mold and mildew that had caked on the coils and blades over the years. When he was done the unit looked as if the parts were brand new and cooling better than ever. We found Avery to be skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. But we have always found Parker’s highly satisfactory in both service and staff.

  Ben Freeman was fast,efficient,and thorough. He fixed the issue in 5 to 10 mintues and also gave me honest and clear information and advice for the near future in taking care of our hvac unit. He was also had a very cool and out going personality will definitely be calling them in the future for further assistance 10/10 service

  I recently had a service call with Parker’s Heating & Cooling of Murfreesboro TN June 11, 2026. Technician Ben Freeman charged me $442 simply to Diagnose the issue and swap out a standard AC Oval Run Capacitor 7.5x370V/440V part. Considering the actual part usually costs between $15 and $20, and the typical professional repair cost is $200 - $350. I feel completely taking advantage of by these heavily inflated prices . Be cautious with their billing.
