  Yes they did a good job on my 10 year old dryer. Saved me money. Quite and very clean. I would certainly recommend them.

  Mason was pleasant and kind from the first phone call to the goodbyes. He was thorough, educated on the products we asked about, gave me real answers, direct, which I love. He was very informative which led us to make a decision on the spot to use Hoffman Brothers. We have other rental properties that the Hoffman Brothers Company has won over because of him. You need to keep Mason around:)

  My AC went out on July 1st. I called and they came out to work on it on july 2nd. I was told a part needed changing and the coils needed cleaning. The technician measured the coolant and said all was good and it would start right up. I was told it would take a bit to cool the house. The next morning, july 3rd, I noticed the house wasnt cooling much and called again. They were closed and unable to come out until the 7th. I had to call another company which showed me the coils had frozen up and we're leaking. They refilled the coolant as a temporary fix. I reached out to Hoffman brothers several times inquiring about the satisfaction guarantee on their work. First off the second company told me I was massively over charged for the work hoffman brothers did, second of all the invoice I received didnt break down th3 charges, ans finally if the leak was there prior they should have seen it during their inspection and cleaning of the coils. I question if something wasnt messed with during the cleaning of the coils as they weren't leaking prior. My AC was not frozen up prior to them touching it. I never heard back from Hoffmann Brothers. Their satisfaction guarantee is a scam and they scammed me out of thousands of dollars for their "repair" which i believe damaged my equipment and cost me hundreds more. I have given them a month and 4 email attempts to try to make this right, and they've decided to not answer. I do not normally post reviews but this needs addressing.

  We scheduled our service window from 12-4pm and received a message that he was on his way at 8:15am. I work from home so I rolled with it. Told him the code we were receiving on our dishwasher and he googled it and showed it to me. We already did that and that's why we scheduled an appliance repair. Ran my washer a few times and said it must not be draining right so we'll need to replace the interface. Would cost about as much as a new dishwasher. Other than showing up 4 hours early and googling what I'd already googled, he was professional and courteous.
