  I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Logan at Ferguson absolutely deserves the recognition. Every single time I’ve worked with Logan, he’s been nothing short of outstanding. His customer service is second to none. He’s always in a great mood, treats everyone with respect, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. No matter how busy he is, he takes the time to make sure everything is right, answers questions thoroughly, and never makes you feel like you’re just another customer. What really stands out is his professionalism, honesty, organization, and work ethic. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes a lot of pride in what he does. Finding people with that level of dedication is rare these days. Logan has come through for me more times than I can count, even in situations where I needed help quickly. He’s always willing to do whatever he can to help, and because of that, he’s earned my trust and respect. Employees like him are a huge reason customers keep coming back. Ferguson is extremely fortunate to have someone like Logan on their team. He represents the company exceptionally well, and if I were in management, I’d do everything I could to keep him around. He’s the definition of what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Logan, for everything you do you’ve definitely made a lasting impression.
