  We just purchased our third whole home water filtration system from Family Water Treatment, and remain very pleased. While the technology and systems have evolved over the years, we continue to receive the same personalized and friendly service that we have come to expect over the years of doing business with this family.   I’ve heard so much positive feedback about Family Water Treatment from friends and neighbors, and my only regret is that it took me so long to finally make the call and get our system installed. A big thank you to Justin, who came out for our initial overview and water testing. He walked us through our options to help us figure out what would work best for our family. His guidance made the decision so easy. Shout out to Tate as well for a seamless installation day and excellent service all around! We saw a huge difference in our water quality immediately. The water tastes so much better, and it has been amazing for our skin. I was honestly a little nervous about the total cost at first, but after seeing and feeling the difference, it is worth every single penny. For years, we relied on manual faucet filters and constantly changing those out, but this system makes those look like a hassle of the past; so, it will easily pay for itself in the long run. This is an excellent company with top-notch customer service. They are very family-focused, which I absolutely love and respect. I am so happy we found them and made the switch!

  Can't say enough good things about our experience with Family Water Treatment. Our initial contact was through a free water quality test. Jordan came out to our house, and it was a very educational and enlightening experience. Jordan's straight forward and objective approach really sold us on obtaining a full home water filtration system with reverse osmosis. Amanda reached out to us shortly after Jordan's visit, and she set up our installation at a convenient time. Communication with FWT was excellent, and Tate from the installation team arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. Tate and his assistant were fantastic. They were obviously very proficient and knowledgeable as the installation was performed within a couple of hours. We were extremely pleased with the results, and Tate was great, educating us on our new system. We now enjoy premium water quality in our home, and we highly recommend Family Water Treatment .

  Clear communication. Arrived on time. Quick and efficient. Having purified water makes such a difference in our home! My hair does shed, my skin is soft, and no more white residue left around all the faucets from the hard water 💦
