  The process from start to finish was easy, customer focused and their team is incredibly professional and kind! Justin listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. He recommended the system that best fit our needs with multiple different options, including letting us know we didn’t have to install everything at once, that we could install one system at a time. Price was perfect and better than the other two companies we had quotes from. Amanda was on top of scheduling our installation date as quickly as possible and within the timeframe we were told was available with their schedule. Leading up to install date, received reminders and on install date our installers, Tate and Gavin, called to let us know they were on their way. The guys were amazing! They made sure everything was going where I expected it to go, and that ALL my questions were answered. They even demonstrated and walked me through each system. Final price came in below expected estimate too! Fantastic experience and highly recommend them!

  Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Everyone we interacted with (Amanda, Justin, Tate) was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they all genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. They exceeded my expectations with their thoughtfulness, kindness, responsiveness and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with my experience. They are a three generation business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable high-quality water services.

  Such a great experience with Family Water Treatment. Amanda contacted me right away and Jordan came out to provide information on the system I was interested in. Even after analyzing my finances, I made a change to my package and it was easy. I didn’t feel pressured or made to feel bad, which was definitely a plus in my book. Tate installed the system and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. The installation was smooth, and everything was left clean and organized when he finished. From the first phone call to the final installation, everyone was friendly, helpful, and respectful. I’m very happy with my decision and would highly recommend Family Water Treatment to anyone looking to improve their water quality. And I have to say, I am absolutely in love with the water. It tastes great, my skin feels softer, and I can already tell a difference throughout the house. It has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my home.

  We started the process of looking into water treatment for safer, better smelling/tasting water and general water quality. I reached out to the usual big names in water treatment, lesser known companies and was hit with massive estimates, inconsistencies in what was needed, and spam phone calls from multiple water companies. I finally found Family Water and the initial consultation was very low pressure; where Culligan wanted me to sign a contract before leaving my home; including deciding if they could drill holes in our sink and countertop for this later determined unnecessary piece of equipment. They also wanted to put the system in a very odd, non-functional location instead of adjacent to all of our other appliances. It was unsettling so I checked out other options and thankfully landed on Family Water. Not only was the initial consult low pressure and transparent, the cost was much more in alignment of what we expected. The install was smooth, fast and professional and our system is easy to use. Our water no longer has a chlorine scent. There wasn’t a forced membership or maintenance plan being aggressively pushed which was much appreciated! Highly Recommend!

  Just had a water system installed by Family Water Treatment and the entire process was a positive experience. The initial meeting with Justin was great and the price was very reasonable and better than two other quotes we received. Installation was smooth and Tate explained everything thoroughly that we needed to know going forward. We have used this company in the past and highly recommend them.
