  We went into Faith and Grace in hopes of customer service and quality installation. Our expectations were exceeded. We received personal service when we walked in the door and someone was able to talk us through carpet options. Next came measurements and a quote. They called to setup an appointment and arrived on time. Everything went great. We received the quote and then it was as easy as paying half, via an email link, to get started. Then they called to schedule install. The installers arrived on time and were just the best. They did a great job and were super friendly, clean and organized. We could not be more pleased. Don’t go anywhere else, don’t even shop, just buy from Faith and Grace and you won’t be disappointed.

  Great prices great carpet and quick and easy install. From the moment we walked in the doors at Faith and Grace, Brandie was on it! Brandie came out and did the measurements for carpet and while doing so also helped me fix an error we had made on flooring she didnt even install. The team who came our to instal our carpet was Jason and Sabrino, a father son team. They were professional quick and friendly. The did great work on the carpet and installed the transitions I bought. And he gets extra points for being an Army reservist serving our country. Id request them back for any future jobs. Great job overall and all around! Thank you all at Faith and Grace and your install team! -Aaron

  Faith and Grace did such an amazing job with the floors in the house we were trying to sell that we also had them refinish the floors and railings of our new how, too! Every employee is top notch and dedicated to doing a great job! We are so excited to begin to build new memories with our new floors! Thank you!

  Faith and Grace Flooring did an excellent job installing new carpet in three bedrooms and our upstairs. They carefully moved and worked around several heavy furniture pieces, including an L-shaped desk and a loft bed, without any issues. One challenge they handled especially well: our house was originally built without a transition piece between the carpet and hardwood, which had caused the old carpet to fray over time. Brandi, Murillo, and Daniel custom color-matched a wood transition strip so it blends in perfectly — you'd never know it wasn't original to the house. They paid great attention to detail throughout and left everything clean when they finished. We'd absolutely hire them again.

  From the first meeting to assess the damages, to preparing a quote, choosing material, scheduling work, and finally completing the work, I am telling you there is no one better. Not only did they take care of our floors, they had contacts for everyone else I needed - plumber, sheet rock repair, and mitigation. There was constant communication which is probably the most important to me when dealing with a project this size. I think I would have had a nervous breakdown if it had not been for Brandie and the Faith and Grace team! And I need to add - the floors look AMAZING!!
