  EuroStone did an incredible job transforming the countertops throughout our entire home. From the very beginning, they were flexible and accommodating with our moving timeline, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They came out quickly to take measurements and stayed on schedule every step of the way. When installation day came, the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They removed the old countertops and installed the new ones seamlessly, and the quality of their work is outstanding. The finished result completely elevated the look of our house, it truly feels brand new. If you are looking for beautiful countertops and a team that is both skilled and genuinely friendly, I highly recommend EuroStone.

  Paid way too much for custom cabinets that weren't as ordered, despite multiple written assurances that they would be made as depicted in their design. They showed no interest in doing anything to correct the matter either. On the plus side, the installers did a great job when they eventually showed up several weeks later

  DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They messed up on our small Bathroom countertop job several times dues to multiple factors - chronic internal miscommunications between the Owner and her employees, mixed & false messages to our Contractor resulting in not showing up on install days and when they do, they arrived 2-4 hours later than they stated. The best things about EuroStone is their template guy Keith, and their installer, Elder, both really nice people but it all stops and ends there with them. After this Review & my complaint to the BBB, I would hope they go and work for an ethical company. The WORST offense: My Wife & I travelled an hour there to pick out our stone, (AFTER we chose another slab that they didn't tag and told the next day it was already sold to another customer). We paid for the 2nd piece of stone on the spot, they turned around, sold it to someone else then tried installing another remnant piece we never chose and thought they'd get away without us noticing - downright dishonest! Our Contractor will NOT use them anymore and I suggest anyone considering them do the same. They were fraudulent in what they tried to pull on us and after offering them an opportunity to make things right, they turned us down. Added to that they fired one of their Designers for sticking up for us as her customer. If you're considering using a Granite/Natural Stone fabricator, go to Southern Stone in Nashville who remodeled 2 kitchens for us and never made a mistake. Take it from me as a Retired Interior Designer - Do NOT use EuroStone. Go to Southern Stone - their Designers are excellent, their Showroom and quartz, quartzite, granite & marble slabs are much better and the Owner, Lisa is a joy to work with!!
