  First of all, I did not make a purchase. I needed a specific awning for a mobile catering unit. The lady that I spoke with in person could not have been more friendly. She not only tells me that they prefer not to sell me the product but most importantly..she explained "why" they could not. She then referred me to a couple different local business and offered to get their information for me. It was extremely refreshing to get this sort of service from someone who could not help me. I most definitely WILL do business with them in the future if the need arises.
