  If I could give zero stars, I would. Building a home with Beazer Homes has been an absolute nightmare. ​The construction quality is shockingly poor. We constantly deal with wall cracks throughout the house, and even after they come to 'repair' them, the exact same cracks keep reappearing over and over again, proving that they only do cheap, temporary cover-ups instead of fixing the root structural issues. On top of that, their post-purchase customer service is appalling—they refuse to take responsibility, ignore legitimate warranty claims, and their technicians just make excuses or claim they need 'manager permission' for basic fixes. ​To make matters worse, they try to install ugly, poorly placed ERV switches right on the drywall and completely ignore serious noise and vibration issues from the HVAC system. If you are thinking about buying a home from Beazer, save yourself the extreme stress, financial headache, and endless repairs. Do not buy from them!"**

The post-purchase customer service from Beazer Homes is genuinely appalling and some of the worst I have ever experienced. ​They completely refuse to take responsibility for warranty issues, dismissing genuine structural or installation defects. When you try to raise legitimate complaints—like poor workmanship, improperly installed equipment (like exposed ERV switches right on the drywall), and annoying vibration issues—their standard response is just a flat-out refusal to help or honor their warranty. ​Their customer care reps are unhelpful, dismissive, and supervisors refuse to address valid concerns. If you are thinking about buying a home from Beazer, be prepared to be ignored the second you close the deal. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!"*
