- LLLarryJun 19, 20261.0TK has been the absolute worse vendor.. It took 8 months to hear back from our Account Rep and still couldn't answer my question. I constantly had to call the Director to get any assistance. I have been waiting months now for them to replace a phone card in an elevator. No status reports, calls or emails of any kind to keep me updated. I requested copies of our elevator PMs last year and have still to this this day not received them. They are one of the worst vendors that I have ever had to deal with. Side Note. They do have very good Techs. This isn't a tech review. Its a review of terrible management.
- COConnie ONov 18, 20251.0We have a service contact and have been waiting 3 weeks for a repair. They told us they have the part but no crew available to install it. After several days with no return call, they finally emailed saying they don't have the part. We reminded them that we were informed they had the part, but no crew, and now they just don't answer calls or reply to emails. They don't seem to be able to monitor inventory or make a schedule, and simply avoid all contract with customers in need.
