  They did a great job. All of the workman were very professional, knew what they were doing and kept the mess to a minimum. They were able to level the floor and bring the crack in our bedroom wallback together. We have had problems with this part of the house for a number of years. I couldn't be more pleased.

  I would give this company zero or minus stars if I could. I am so glad that I cancelled the deal in less than 3 days. The estimate was way above what was to be done. The estimator pushed the fact that you save 6% on the deal if you sign that day. He even offered 7 days to cancel. Ha. Glad I didn't trust him on that promise. After reviewing Greensky Financial and seeing all of the negative reviews on them, I sent a signed cancellation notice to Redeemers Group two days after signing the contract. I soon received a statement from Greensky telling me that they had sent more than $7,000 to Redeemers Group on my behalf. They had set up a payment plan for our "loan". I contacted Redeemers and they assured me that I didn't have a loan with Greensky and they had contacted them to cancel the deal. A month later I received another statement from Greensky. This time they said that I was past due on my payment and I owed penalties and interest. I called Greensky to inform them that I had no loan with them and no contract with Redeemers Group. I was told that Redeemers had returned the money, (a month after they got it), and the fees would be waived. I also contacted Redeemers Group and tried to find out why they go ahead with the loan application before the cancellation period has expired. I was told that it was just as easy to cancel the loan then as it would be later. I question that reasoning and the fact that they kept the money for a month before returning it. I was told that Chris (the owner of Redeemers) would call me the next day. Been over 2 days and still no call. I am in the process of seeking legal advice on filing a lawsuit against Redeemers Group and Greensky for fraud. If you are considering a contract with either of these companies, I advise you to do your research and don't sign anything until you are sure that is what you want to do. If you have had problems like mine, I urge you to contact an attorney. This may be widespread enough to warrant a class action lawsuit. I don't expect this review to last long if it even gets posted. Have a blessed day. P.S. I called the salesman after the first Greensky notice and he informed me that he was fired by Redeemers Group after he did my contract because he could not be trusted. I find that interesting. I also remember him telling me that the name of the company was based on Christ the Redeemer church. Hmmm.
