This time they had to diagnose a catastrophic failure which led to my need of an entire new system. Even though I had to wait 10 days without AC, I am now a very pleased client. The crew I had was fantastic. All the guys were courteous, clear communicators who worked their butts off for 3 days demolishing and then installing a new system. I noticed the difference immediately. House is quiet and cool. Could not ask for a better outcome. Landmark is the real deal, honest and professional. Shout out to Brad, Peyton, Garrot, Laurence and Stephanie for all their assistance.
