- ASAaron Slater2 days ago5.0I recently purchased a house in the Pickwick area that had been a customer of Electronic Environment. They had originally hardwired all the TVs, indoor and outdoor speakers, wifi, and security cameras. After purchasing, we realized that the component that ran the music system was not working and needed replacement, so I asked them to come out. They showed up on time and worked until it was complete. Throughout the job, they kept me informed and explained my options thoroughly at each step of the job. They also took the time to explain the entire system, set up back-end access for my wife and me, and they were a pleasure to talk with. They worked hard and could not be happier. We plan on expanding on their previous work and have earned themselves a new customer. I am in the IT industry myself and have worked with most of the companies in Memphis that do home automation through my office. I can say (with certainty) that they deserve all the 5-star reviews they have. In my past experiences, the technicians are there to get the ticket closed and couldn't care less about all that I stated above.
