  I just want to say what a nice guy Brandon Hall is. From the moment he arrived, he was so polite and he immediately addressed the problem with my HVAC. I was pretty sure it was the capacitor and within minutes he confirmed it and fixed the problem. He was such a friendly guy and I would recommend him to anyone.

  The technician was timely. He pointed out the areas of concern: Circuit breaker box n return air vent moisture accumulation. He scheduled a return maintenance visit.. his professionalism Reassured me that we made an excellent choice by selecting Choates.

  Aaron Hargrove came to fix a leak in our plumbing caused by the drain pipe of our hvac. He came on a Sunday evening close to 6:30 pm. He was pleasant and cheerful and efficient. He explained what he was doing. And it was a relief for us to not have a flood in our bathroom while waiting until Monday for a repair person. Of course it took me a while to talk to a human being to schedule this emergency plumber. Choates makes you interact with an AI assistant for about half an hour before allowing you to speak to a human. Not a great system when you are panicking about a leak in your house. That isn’t Aaron Hargrove’s fault. He provided great service. I pay for the fam plan and yet had to argue with the scheduler to get a plumber to come by. The scheduler went above and beyond to find me one. That was nice and I don’t have her name. Keep Aaron Hargrove and the wonderful scheduler. Get rid of the AI assistants and don’t get a Fam Plan if you are a customer.

  Tarek our technician was on time, communication was excellent, and he was so nice and well-mannered. He performed our system check and shared all his findings. Thankfully, he found no major issues, at this time. We are so pleased to be Choates customers for so many years and we trust their service. We have the yearly plan that has our heating unit serviced in the winter and our AC serviced in the summer. This gives us such peace of mind as we are aging.

  Afternoon all...I just wanted to reach out to the managers @ Choates Air Conditioning/Heat, Inc. to share my experience today with everyone. I am a FAM PLan Member for years, and today with the scorching temperature reaching above 99 degrees plus outside...I had to have the capacitor replaced on my air conditioning unit. My technician today was Dianna Boyland, who I think is a "gem" to the Choates family. Dianna had very good knowledge of the product being received to the air unit, very efficient on servicing the unit, extremely helpful when questions were presented to her pertaining to the equipment/the overall job being performed. So a big "shout out" to you Dianna Boyland.....Thank you kindly!
