  Alyssa is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She is genuinely kind, and as we were assessing the house and situation, not that this matters, but she found a four leaf clover in my yard. She was able to explain in detail the problems of the AC And offered several solutions. She did not put any pressure on me to purchase or choose any particular deal, but laid out numerous options and helped me to make the best decision for my needs. I was also very impressed at her bravery, walking through this old house and the scary attic. What an incredible young woman! The rest of the survey does not adequately detail what she did. She assessed ALL of my situation with the air conditioner and the heating ,took pictures ,explained it to me, showed me different plans and options for Repair and updates and replacement AND EXPEDITED GETTING HER COWORKER TO COME AND GIVE ME OPTIONS FOR A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM ! I find that very impressive. Her partner called within 15 -20 minutes And is on the way as I complete this. This company made arrangements around my extremely busy, crazy schedule. I recommend them as far as I have dealt with them thus far.

  I am highly pleased with my experience from Choates! The customer service I received was top tier from beginning to end. I appreciated the constant communication about ETAs and even the photo of my service technician so I could be aware of who to look out for. Thank you to Biafra who was very professional, informative, and respectful of my property.

  i scheduled a visit for an air duct cleaning quote and was blown away by the communication and overall professionalism. scheduling was simple as there is a link provided via google. i received consistent communication the second i scheduled. there was date reminders and a 30 minute curtesy call the day of the appointment. the service technician assigned to me was Mark Ingram. he provided the most polite, honest, THOROUGH and reassuring support i've ever received. he is a model example of how building trust and relationships produce brand loyalty. thanks mark!

  Omar took time to diagnosis the issue with our HVAC system and explained the problem. He provided me with options for moving forward and I was extreme pleased with his customer service!   I had an estimate done for duct cleaning and was very satisfied with the experience. Mark Ingram was the representative that came to my home and he was not only very professional but personable as well. He did the estimate with me present and explained the process and while doing so we found another issue that explained my high utility bills. He quickly provided me multiple estimate options so I could decide not only what I could afford but prioritize what was most important to me. I highly recommend Choatsfor your HVAC and duct cleaning needs. If requesting an estimate ask for Mark, he listens to his customers needs. I will be scheduling Choats to do the work!
