  Steven Sides and Dawson did an outstanding job on my carpets. I had a terrible coffee stain and my carpet looks new again. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend Steven and his crew!

  I had my floors installed by Carpet Spectrum in April/May of 2025. They came out, gave me an estimate, we picked from a very small book of samples. They made the sales part easy- of course, they want money. I did pay an extra $900 for extra leveling prior to laying the LVP flooring because I had an old house with bare floors in some rooms and asbestos tiles in others so we had to level the foundation first- fine. No problem. I knew the floors were un-level, this was expected. I just wanted it done correctly. On site, the contractors said they needed another 13 buckets of leveling compound. The sales manager denied that request. I HEARD this conversation. The worker was told to make what they had work (5 buckets). We had severe breakage within 6 months. I spent 4-6 months calling back and forth with the sales team to get the repairs completed. They finally came out in March 2026 to fix the damage- and about 30% of my floors had to be taken up and replaced. Guess what- the flooring is discontinued these are the LAST boxes of this flooring There is NO EXTRA. And it's not covered by the 1 year warranty. But they replaced the flooring, I was content. Then I realized they still did not level correctly, so I'm still having MAJOR issues with boards splitting. I called about a week after the repairs were done about the first breakage issue and was ignored. They don't answer my calls or return my texts anymore. They cut corners to save money initially despite me paying extra. I specifically brought it up during installation and I was brushed off. When I had issues they pushed me off for months playing phone tag. When they finally made repairs they claimed it wasn't under warranty when it was. They still cut corners during the repair so nothing was resolved. Now, a year and a half later, over $6k spent on a 1400sqft home and I have floors that are literally falling apart. It's devastating and I don't recommend them at ALL. Every time a piece chips off I just cry.

  Stephen Sides is a stand up man. He done a great job on our floors. Our neighbors were talking to him as he was putting his equipment away. Come to find out,they’d offered him cash on the side for work in their home. He stated that he doesn’t bite the hand that feeds him and offered to give a free estimate as a Carpet Spectrum employee. I felt he deserved a 5 start review for his integrity.
