  REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO SOMETHING ELSE. IF A BUSINESS WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER TOWN TO BUY SUPPLIES FOR PROJECTS.

  Ive shopped here several times. On my most recent project they told me I could buy extra and return what I didnt need. Went to return and they had changed brands so it became my fault even though they clearly told me I could return any extras no problem. It wasnt just the 15% that im frustrated about, its how rude the guy was to take it back and not standing behind his word. If your in business and change products thats not the customers fault, I wasnt rude when it took them a MONTH to get the last box of soffit I needed. Customer service is what keeps businesses alive and they need to work on it. Lost a customer over a $40 restocking fee and being rude about it!
