  Thanks for your quick response to our problems with our ac. Communication was very good all along the way. We are very satisfied with the finished job. Sam thanks for being respectful of our floors with your surgeon booties. We feel your pricing is fair. We feel blessed to have been referred by a close friend to call your business. We do highly recommend Phoenix !!!

  Sam and Kayla saved the day today! My wife called while I was at work- thermostat was set to 70° but it was 79° and rising in the house. I reached out to Phoenix right away, and Kayla quickly and easily got us set up. Sam was able to be at my house within a couple hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor in our condenser) and got it fixed and had us cooling again in just a few minutes after arriving. My wife paid Sam directly with her debit card and I received an email invoice shortly after showing paid in full. Quick and easy! I’d recommend Phoenix Home Comfort to anyone!

  If you are thinking about using Phoenix Home Comfort HVAC then read this review. We did not end up using Phoenix, but the only reason we didn’t was we found another family owned HVAC company that also offered plumbing services. Unfortunately, Phoenix only offers HVAC. Let me just say, if you need HVAC only for either a planned service or emergency service, I believe Phoenix would be an excellent choice. Augie, took his time to understand our issue and then carefully proceeded with preparing an estimate, checking in with me when estimate took longer to prepare because he needed to rely on a part manufacturer for a price. There are lots of HVAC companies out there, I was happy with both companies I called but I could only choose one. Thank you Phoenix team!!!

  Our AC went out a few days ago. Having kids a family and animals I can’t be without AC for long. Sam came next day as quick as he could and had us up and running within 15 minutes. He does honest quick quality work at an affordable rate. Won’t overcharge for work you don’t need. Locally owned business we will keep supporting and using them. Thanks Sam and team!

  Phoenix Home Comfort has been extremely helpful and thorough with our home heating and air needs. We would highly recommend them! We started with a regular maintenance and Taylor was very detailed with what issues existed and others to be on the lookout for. There was no pressure, just a simple explanation with pictures of what was going on with our system. I appreciate their expertise and especially their kind customer service from everyone with whom I interacted!
