  It was a great experience — on time, courteous, prepared and efficient. He powered through everything in the attic on an incredibly hot day. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone.

  The office staff was very professional and did a great job. We received update text about arrival time. Technician , Sam, was knowledgeable about the heat pump. Our system has some age on it and I appreciated him being a repairman and trying to extend the life of the unit and not pronouncing it dead just yet. Good experience with Phoenix.
