  I'm a disabled veteran, and I hired another company to install a fence at my house. Being disabled and my wife as my caregiver, we didn't have the time to check up on the progress as much as we would of liked. We trusted they would do the job right and the final product was anything but right. At that point, after not being able to contact the other company to fix the issues, We made a call to Loudon County Fence. The person who answered the phone was nice and pleasant to talk with. They came out the next day and agreed with us that the old fence needed to be torn down and a new one installed. LCF (Loudon County Fence) felt really bad about our experience so far, when we received our quote, the price reflected their concern for our situation. LCF gave us confidence and reassurance moving forward. Installation day came and the crew that came were exceptional to work with, every one of them seemed to know their role, and they all worked efficiently as a team. in the end, we got a fence in one day with no flaws. Most importantly, I want to thank all the staff that I worked with for your professionalism, communication, attention to detail and kindness.

  Rodney and Susan did a great job installing my chain link fence. And they came when they said they’d come. My dogs love the addition to their yard.

  Loudon County Fence has done two projects for me with great results. They are easy to work with skilled installers who go the extra mile. On the last project they came back and tweaked a gate issue the day after I called. Fair price and good workmanship. I couldn't ask for more.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Eric gave a great estimate; they got me on the calendar way faster than I thought. Workers showed up a little early (not in an inconvenient way), and got my old fence down quickly! Got my new fence up the same day, including a new gate. They cleaned up the site -- I can't say enough good things. I almost wish I had another fence just so I could use them again. :D
