  Heath Cagle with Eco Home Solutions provided outstanding five-star service during the plumbing inspection of our home, including servicing our hot water tank. Heath is extremely knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and genuinely easy to talk to—you feel like you’ve made a friend by the time he leaves. He arrived exactly on time, worked carefully and thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up when he was finished. His punctuality and work ethic were especially impressive considering the amount of traveling he had done the previous day. Heath clearly takes pride in his work and in taking good care of his customers. I highly recommend Heath and Eco Home Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional plumbing service!

  Technician Louis Walker provided plumbing maintenance. I received a water quality test, drains and all things plumbing were checked in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and my water heater was drained. I thought the 19 point inspection included the use of a camera to ensure no trees or roots were growing anywhere within my water line system - I can find no evidence that was included, so I must be mistaken. Anywho, Louis was careful, personable, and thorough.

  Great experience with the company. They were fast with setting up the original appointment and fast with scheduling the maintenance work to be done. Technicians James Howerton and Jacob Norris were awesome. They both were polite, professional, very informative, quick and efficient with the work and down to earth guys would recommend them for service to anyone. Very happy with the results thank you.

  Had my Split unit installed today and I couldn’t have asked for more experienced men that did the job. They also installed a 50 amp breaker to plug in my RV on the side of the house…!!! OUTSTANDING JOB VERY NEAT CLEAN & COURTEOUS guys very Professional very satisfied with everything from start to finish…!!! Jamal the salesman even helped me put some shelves together which really helped me Thanks Men I will refer to anyone who asks and believe me I net work The Bryant Family *****

  Zack was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and comfortable. We weren’t expecting as high of a price tag for the repair but after we asked, he said we could use the Home Depot card to cover it! What a relief that was! It was well worth the cost for his diagnostic thoroughness and excellent information for any future issues and a job well done! We seriously hope he is still with the company whenever we decide to get a new HVAC Unit! Thank you Zack!
