  My husband came home from being out of town in the middle of the day to find water in our floor unexpectedly. After some investigation he discovered that it was coming from our water heater. After a quick call, someone was at our house within an hour and our water heater was replaced the same day. The entire process was very smooth. We got text updates with information about who was coming to our house and how long it would take them to get to us. The technician, Heath who came to perform our replacement was friendly and professional (and a Tennessee fan—automatic stars for that alone). The job was completed quickly and they saved us from going the entire weekend without running water. Very easy to work with and would definitely use again!

  We had gotten our water heater through Home Depot & Eco Home Solutions was the plumbing company they contracted with. We’ve had interactions with 3 plumbers - Louis, Christian & Colby. All of them have been wonderful- knowledgeable, thorough & went above & beyond. I had to make a last minute appointment on a Friday due to a water leak. Melanie was so helpful, and Christian stayed late handling the issue. It was so appreciated. I can’t speak highly enough of them!

  Would not hesitate to recommend them. The company receptionist as well as the sales person and the technician were actually a delight to deal with. Straight forward, honest and ready to helpi never wrote a rating before as I felt it was nothing impressive enough to pass on. So this rating comes with sincerity.

  Got a quote from them. They quoted 14 seer equipment for over $19000 dollars and only offered 1 year labor and no free maintenances. And considering this was a quote to change out 2 separate systems, the other 2 companies I contacted offered better labor, maintenance, and pricing. Another company with far more reviews offered 16 seer carrier equipment at a better price and included they are part of the TVA quality contractors network and I would get a $800 rebate back along with extra labor and maintenance warranties. Do not go with these guys

  Very disappointing. James tried to sell me a whole system when all I had was a small leak from a loose fitting. He said I needed a new $3000 coil for the air handler . which is not where the leak was .Also told me the system was 2 tons to small which was not true . and suggested I get a whole new system ,over 10K. I feel like your company is trying to take advantage of people who don't know any better . Senior citizens in particular. As I said very disappointing. Brian Schwemmer
