  So far not impressed with service. Technician waited until disassembled current a/c coil to realize company ordered wrong equipment. Failed on many levels, as no checks were done prior to arrival. Then no one called to inform me when new equipment will arrive or be ordered. Phone representatives seemed to have very little knowledge about business. I understand that its summer and can get busy, however that doesn't mean sacrifice customer service. Still awaiting any communication for replacement.

  Louis is a great tech. He came out on July 4th mid-day to fix my hot water heater so my wife and I could have hot water. We'll the 5 year old Rheem hot water heater had apparently exploded and was not repairable so we went and purchased a new 50 Gallon Electric Hot Water Heater and picked it up and he came back on Sunday the very next day when he neglected his family obligations and church to take care of me and my family so we could have hot water. I recommend this company and if you call the make sure you ask for Louis as he is the BEST and will work with you and your schedule.

  Zack Mason, was my technician for today’s visit he was polite, punctual, neatly dressed, well spoken and very knowledgeable of the task at hand, he found the problem showed it to me and told me how he intended to fix it. Zack did everything that he said that he was going to do, we discussed options going forward, came to a discussion that was good for both of us, I paid him and he was on his way to his next appointment, Eco was polite and quick to get someone here on this 97 degree day so thank you Eco I will be calling you again

  ECO Home Solutions was great! We found them through Home Depot and they were able to come out and service our non-working A/C on the same day, within a couple hours! Jerden, our technician, was very nice and professional and he got our unit back up and running! We have nice cold air again! He showed us what was wrong with it and how he fixed it and recommended some preventative maintenance to keep it running well in the future. The price was very reasonable and actually less than we were expecting too, which is always nice! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

  HVAC system stopped working after only one year after installation (by another company). Eco Solutions technician Jerden arrived on time, found the electrical problem, made a temporary fix (which he explained), ordered the part (which arrived quickly), came back out, installed the new breaker on the blower unit, ran diagnostics on the repair, then left, all covered on the original warranty. I hadn’t expected such quick service. I knew little about this company when I ordered the repair, but I’ll be going to them again for all my hvac issues. Thank you, Eco!
