We got several estimates for roofing after we received damage from storms. After receiving several that were over priced, I called my home insurance company for help. They recommended Ryan’s Roofing and I am not disappointed. They are very professional and thorough. We even received additional money when it was found the insurance company underestimated the square footage. They brought the samples in the colors of our choosing and gave us a few days to decide. Once we notified him on the color we wanted, he ordered the product and was there within a few days. His guys came and removed existing roof then installed it in 1 day! They protected our landscaping, windows etc. All was cleaned up like they never were there! I definitely recommend them and we will have them come back for our garage soon. 10/10 definitely recommend!

We have had 2 leaks. The workmanship is not what I believe it should have been. The second leak was severe.

Ryan Roofing helped me out last minute with an urgent roof inspection I needed for my insurance company. They are extremely professional and take pride in their work. Without their superb help and working with my agent, I would have been dropped from my policy.

We had a great experience with Ryan Roofing Company. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the first phone call, to receiving our estimate, to getting the job started, everything moved extremely fast and smoothly.
The crew arrived early and completed the entire job in just one day. They were very professional in everything they did, from the tear-off of the old roof to the installation of the new one. The cleanup around the house was excellent, and they made sure everything was left neat and tidy.
Our new roof looks amazing, and we are very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

Hail varies in shape, size, and speed. When these hard ice pellets strike your home, they can create various damage patterns. Severe hailstorms may result in granule loss on shingles, punctures in siding, or shattered glass. Less intense storms can soften shingles, chip or crack siding, and cause water intrusion through compromised exterior materials. These issues can impact your family's comfort and safety.
Do I need someone to inspect my home for hail damage?
We strongly recommend contacting a hail damage specialist for a complete home inspection. Many forms of damage can only be identified by trained professionals. Ryan Roofing offers no-obligation hail damage inspections and will provide recommendations on the appropriate next steps.
When is the right time to call a hail damage specialist?
You should contact a hail damage specialist as soon as possible after your home experiences a storm. This is particularly critical if you carry insurance, as all damage must be documented and recorded for claims purposes.
Do I still need a professional inspector even if I don't see any hail damage on my roof and siding?
Unless the damage is severe, hail damage to roofing and siding is extremely difficult to identify without a hail damage specialist. Damage that appears minor or invisible can be just as serious as obvious damage. Hailstones create soft spots on your roof where the granule layer becomes loose. These granules will eventually fall away, significantly accelerating roof aging and deterioration. Similar issues can affect siding and windows. Delaying an inspection will only allow the damage to worsen, so schedule one immediately.
Is hail damage covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
The majority of manufacturers, home builders, and contractors do not cover hail damage under their warranties.
What damages should I report to my insurance?
Properly informing your insurance company of the complete extent of damage is crucial so they can provide accurate compensation for all covered losses.
No, you will not pay higher insurance rates!
Many homeowners are surprised to discover that claims for natural events like hail damage do not increase individual insurance premiums. Insurance companies consider hail damage beyond your control, unlike incidents such as automobile accidents. While insurance rates may increase across an entire city, county, or state, tornado damage, hail damage, and wind damage claims will not raise your individual rate since these are uncontrollable events.
Claims filed by the policyholder are much less likely to be approved.
Insurance adjusters represent the insurance company and are responsible for minimizing claim payouts. While they will pay claims when clear proof exists, they will deny claims without definitive evidence of hail damage. Most homeowners cannot identify the signs of hail damage or explain them effectively to adjusters. Having one of our experienced roofers present during the inspection ensures that hail damage is properly identified and documented, significantly improving approval chances. Factors such as hail angle, path, direction, size, and speed all matter. For homes with tall or steeply pitched roofs, adjusters typically view damage only through binoculars or from a ladder rather than inspecting the surface directly as roofing professionals do. When our professionals are present during adjuster inspections, we increase claim approval probability by providing photographs of roof damage and other affected areas including vents, gutters, AC units, and siding. We use chalk circles to mark dings and dents and supply accurate roof dimensions and pitch measurements to ensure proper calculations for roof size and squares, guaranteeing appropriate compensation for your claim.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes, we provide free inspections. We do not assess roofs from ground level. Our experienced roofers climb onto the roof and conduct thorough inspections for evidence of damage. We do not charge for inspections regardless of whether we identify damage. While we recommend you remain on the ground for safety reasons and allow experienced roofers to perform the inspection, we prefer you be present during our visit. We use cameras to photograph your roof and review our findings with you safely on the ground. During free inspections, we may not always find the hail damage you suspected, but we sometimes discover normal roof deterioration that requires attention before leaks develop. We provide photographic evidence of all findings.
I can't file a claim because my roof is not leaking, can I?
Yes, you can file a claim even without a leaking roof. Many homeowners are unaware that there is only a limited time frame to file claims for hail or storm damage after the event occurs. If you wait 6 to 12 months until a leak actually appears, the opportunity may have passed and could result in significant out-of-pocket expenses. Hail damage typically does not cause immediate leaks, so waiting for a leak to file a claim may be too late.
