  Silas was our Project Manager for ductwork replacement. He was thorough, patient, professional, responsive, and kind. He answered all of our questions and even offered for my husband to go in the crawlspace to show him the impacted areas. He went over and beyond by ensuring that my immobile mother stayed cool until job completion. I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart, as transporting can be difficult. On the day of the project, the team arrived ready to work. They kept us informed along the way, especially when things needed to be adjusted. They cleaned up their mess and they were quick. We had several estimates, some cheaper than Busy Bee, but they all said it was a 2 day job. Busy Bee told us that they could do it in 1 day, we were completely surprised. But, we were glad that they could and they delivered. The customer service is outstanding and we will be using them again.

  Busy Bee came out to do a dryer vent cleaning for us today. Every step of the way, from scheduling to payment, they were on top of everything. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and attention they provided, and the absolute fair pricing for the job they did!!!

  We paid this company approximately $12,000 last year to replace our plumbing/drain lines. We are now experiencing serious problems with the work THEY installed, including water backing up into our basement bathtub and toilets bubbling to the point that we cannot safely use our showers or toilets normally. At this point, TWO technicians from this same company have come to our home to assess the problem. Their own technicians have acknowledged that there is an issue with how their original installation was done, and we have been told that correcting it will be covered under their warranty. Despite all of that, after two technicians coming to our home, we STILL have not even been given a date for when they will return to correct their work. This also isn’t our first concern with the quality of the original job. After completing the work last year, the area of our yard that was excavated was not properly leveled or restored. The ground was left extremely uneven, to the point that simply walking through that area can be difficult and feels unsafe. Considering the amount we paid for this project, I expected the property to be left in a reasonably safe and usable condition once the work was completed. Now we have a family living in this home and currently cannot properly shower or use our toilets without risking another backup. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — we are talking about basic sanitation in our home. Their website advertises 24-hour service, yet tonight I was told that I have to wait until 7 AM to speak with the plumbing manager before anything further can be done. Meanwhile, we are left without normally functioning plumbing and without even a scheduled date for the warranty repair. After paying this company approximately $12,000 for this installation, having two of their technicians come out, and being told there is a problem with the work they performed, I don’t think expecting urgency — or at the very least an actual repair date — is unreasonable. I’m hoping management sees this and gets our plumbing functional again as soon as possible. I will gladly update this review to reflect how the company handles the situation from here.

  great experience 2 days prior we had a different company come out and the experience was not great… we then called busy bee and were overally impressed with the service and our tech. Zach was super informative explained everything too us , didnt rush & spent a lot of time thoroughly going through everything. much appreciated and we will continue to use busy bee for the future and will be joining their yearly program! thank you busy bee:)

  I absolutely love Busy Bee. First off, the customer service is excellent. Brianna was so helpful and kind. She listened to me and made sure I was taken care of. In the age of AI and answering services, it is refreshing to call and speak with a local person. This really sets Busy Bee apart from their competitors, and I hope they continue this. I have used Busy Bee twice. The first time was for an emergency when my air went out and I had a house full of guests. I called multiple companies late afternoon and Busy Bee was the only company where I could actually talk to a local person and the only one that would come out that day. I am so appreciative for that. Then a couple of months later, I had another emergency situation where my upstairs AC was leaking water. I called Busy Bee and Brianna sent Zach to my house to fix it. Zach is by far the best HVAC technician I have ever encountered. He didn't cut corners and made sure he was getting the work done correctly. I quickly became a yearly member because I know quality when I see it. I have absolutely no problem recommending Busy Bee to anyone. I really hope this company continues to employ excellent employees like Brianna and Zach because they are what makes Busy Bee so great!
