  Graham came and serviced my unit. The capacitor went out very nice gentleman very friendly. I sure enjoyed talking to him and him explaining stuff to me. I will definitely be using Busy Bee again. He knew exactly what he was doing. I am very happy that I found this company my sister found out about Busy Bee from a friend of hers that uses the company But I am very satisfied and very happy. I highly recommend them.

  BusyBee sets the bar for customer service. These guys are unbelievable, from customer care to work ethic, I’d leave more stars if I could. These guys installed a new AC unit for me in 101° heat, sweating it out without losing an ounce of focus or determination. Could not possibly emphasize the customer care and quality of service they bring to the table. Huge shoutout to Tyler (install lead- he truly sets the standard for experience and customer care), Ryan (Install manager- fantastic to work with, phenomenal job coordinating all the pieces), Brandon (sales- incredibly polite and very easy to work with), as well as Owen, Bryce, and Carter who were up working tooth and nail, sweating out in 100°+ temperatures to ensure my system was up and running. Really appreciate all the help, coordination, and professionalism. 11/10 would recommend to ANYONE, whether a first time customer or someone who is looking to get more out of their current home provider- look no further, these guys are the absolute STANDARD. Appreciate all the work!!

  Took a few days to let things settle before reviewing, leveling up to 3 stars because they sent out a 2nd crew to fix issues. Experience was not pleasant. They did (we hope) make good on all the mistakes and lack of contract fulfillment, but not worth the cost of what we paid. Get a second opinion and quote. Still left with two holes in drywall where they “accidentally” punched through the wall. We had a very large plumbing job done, so time will tell if quality of work is there. They made changes without explaining them causing loss of space in some areas. Not confident we were not “upsold” after workmanship issues experienced.

  From the first contact I made with this company I experienced nothing less than stellar enthusiastic customer service and honesty. From how swiftly the online quote request that was followed up to the speed and efficiency of the install on my new hvac unit and furnace I was blown away. They sent a project manager within days of my request for a quote and Brandan Mcclain was honest about the state of my homes system offered several solutions thoroughly inspected everything and was genuine very friendly and informative answering all questions I had. It was probably the best experience I've ever had with someone as a customer. The man deserves a raise in my opinion he worked with me on financing and this company certainly takes care of those who have served. Over all just from getting the quote and interaction with this project manager I came away from it with a sense of confidence that my home was in the best hands and that the people at this company take real pride in their profession. After that I was expecting a several week wait to have my home worked on seeing as how it was getting very hot out I figured they would be very busy but again I was surprised the quote was on a Friday and they were willing to start work Monday and when I told them that day didn't work for me their scheduling department worked with me without any trouble. Then the day of the install came they sent out a team lead by Tyler Carlson and again I was met by a consummate professional who clearly takes pride in his trade while he was at my home everything went incredibly smoothly and I even observed him teaching one of the technicians he was leading and seeing the effort he put into ensuring his team continued to perfect their trade made me all the more confident in their ability. This team ensured that the job was done right the first time were very tidy and worked efficiently while answering the few questions that I had throughout the day. Over all the hvac team was very personable knowledgeable and incredibly focused on their work. I also had insulation blown into my attic and this company handled that as well and even tho there was a slight clerical error that morning when the hvac team was dispatched but the insulation work wasn't on the work order Tyler took care of that immediately made a phone call and had a team sent out same day I would have been fine waiting a few days but this awesome company ensured that everything was done by the end of the day. I wish I had gotten the names of the two guys who did the insulation they were very nice and the one who was doing the crawling around in my attic went out of his way to ensure I was pleased with the results. I have not had a single negative interaction with this company their people take pride in their work and it's clear from the way they behave that they know what they are doing I've recommended them to everyone I've spoken too recently and they will have my buisness for years to come. When a company is honest fair and proud to stand by their work they earn the loyalty of their customers not with gimmicks but with integrity. Tho I will admit the jingle is pretty good
