  I was very impressed with the service I received. Everything was very organized, timely, Chris was respectful of my home, and diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned up so quickly! He was thorough, making sure he had checked everything before he said it was fixed, then he explained what he had done, what he found, and showed estimates with different options. It all made me very comfortable with the service I got and that I was getting it at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

  What an unbelievable experience! Here’s a timeline breakdown of how Busy Bee completed our job. Sat. 7am - call to Busy Bee 8am - arrival of first technician, Richie, the frontlines brains, easily identifying the issue, and seeing a bigger issue… 11am - arrival of Project Manager, Christian, who, is, the shot caller you want on your site. Making us feel at ease, understanding the whole process, he had a quote built for us within the hour! Following Day 10 am - arrival of “The Team” They’re like the Avengers, Josh and his guys completely crushed the job. Cutting up a 5 x 5 slab of concrete, accessing the problem, fixing the damaged pipe, and backfilling it with dirt!!! 5pm Josh and his team of avengers roll out, job completed, and we have water access again! I won’t let another plumbing/hvac service cross the threshold of this home! Thank you guys!

  Kevin came and did a great job. He was very professional knowledgeable, and very nice. He returned the next day and replaced the water heater. His attention to detail is amazing. He did a good job. Garrett came later yesterday to walk me through all that I needed to have done. He was not high pressure at all, and even went the extra mile to help me accomplish what was needed. I highly recommended Busy Bee!

  Good job on cleaning out all my pipes under my house. I had a major clog in tge main line. Also in my kitchen and laundry room that are connected. They were able to clear that all aswell. Highly recommend. Good timing. Also good on time. Thank you.

  Richard Phillips was a lifesaver. What we thought was a small project we could handle on our own quickly went south and we needed help fast. We called around 8pm and Richard arrived first thing the next morning. He was professional and very helpful. He got our kitchen sink supply lines fixed and helped us with the new plumbing. Will definitely use this company again for any of our plumbing needs!! Added bonus: He was very kind to our 2 year old daughter whom was very curious about what he was doing. THANK YOU BUSY BEE!!
