We do not offer auto glass. Our focus is exclusively on flat glass and related products, allowing us to maintain specialized expertise in this area.

Custom-made glass items, which constitute the majority of our products, are not eligible for refunds or store credit. In certain cases, we may be able to resize larger items for a cutting fee, subject to managerial discretion.

For most orders, we require a 50% deposit at the time of placement.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards in our store. For installations or deliveries, payment by check is preferred, though other methods are accepted. We also offer charge accounts to frequent customers with good credit history.

Our primary service area includes Lawrence county, Tennessee and its surrounding counties. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Lead times vary depending on the product. Flat plate glass and mirrors may be ready in 2 hours to 3 days, while tempered glass, shower doors, and insulated glass typically take 2 weeks. Tempered insulated glass requires 2.5 to 3 weeks, and beveled mirrors can take 4-6 weeks. For precise lead times on specific products, please consult with our representatives.
