- SMSheila Munday3 days ago5.0I remodeled my kitchen using Cabinets to Go in 2018. A small plastic wall bracket broke on one of the large pull out drawers. They replaced the parts at no cost. This was a great experience. Bruno was a tremendous help!!

So I called Cabinets to Go, and they sent me a new one for free! Bruno was an amazing customer service representative. Not only did he solve my problem, but he was very kind and courteous. And this comes after a very positive experience with Cabinets to Go overall. My husband and I have done very little remodeling, let alone building and hanging cabinets, but the entire process has been smooth, especially considering our lack of experience. Our initial design consult was great; we came in one day and came back another day with changes, and the sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and never rushed us at all. The cabinets shipped in a timely manner, and the videos explaining how to build them were invaluable. We have had nothing but a positive experience with Cabinets to Go!
