- ZKZ KAug 13, 20265.0Darren did an excellent job! He spent about 40 minutes thoroughly cleaning the inside of the system, and I was really impressed with how much time and attention he put into it. The temperatures are already noticeably better after the cleaning, so it clearly made a difference. I also realized I hadn't been vacuuming around the system or changing the filters as often as I should. Darren was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the whole visit. Really impressed with Darren and the service from Arctic Air. It's great to have someone who takes the time to do the job right. Highly recommend!

- JJJeff JordanAug 6, 20261.0Very late the first day. Figured out what he thought was wrong, but had to order the part. Supposed to call me back the next day to verify he would have it the following week, but never did. Called the office on Monday, but they said he had the day off, would call me Tuesday. Towards the end of the day, he still hadn’t called back so I called the office again. He finally texted me he should have the part and would probably be at the house about 12:30 on Thursday. Calls me Thursday said the part was running late. But he would come later to fix it. Called me at 6:13 pm. When I asked him if he was on his way, he starts saying “well, let me tell you”. I told him right then never mind, and don’t send me a bill. I’ll find someone else. So now I get to deal with my wife who hates being hot, it’s gonna take longer to get it fixed. Can’t prove it, but probably never ordered the part when he should have. Won’t try to do business with Arctic Air again. Would give them a zero if Google let me.
