  I appreciate the job that was done by Evan, Aldo, and Kevin. They left no debris on my property. The area of the property where the pipe was placed is level to the ground. The work looks very professionally done. I am a very proud customer. I would like to thank the installation team, Rhett Stephens, and AFS for a job well done.

  Wade Siler. And out and inspected my house. It had rained the night before. And I had suspected in past water under house. I know the damage water can do from older houses of my parents. So he came in and sure enough. He saw and took pictures of all the water sitting in the crawl space. He was friendly showed me the photos and told me Exactly what would happen in time. He told me what they could do and how they would do it. Gave me an estimate and the plan is to schedule them to come and fix this issue as fast as possible. Wade answered all my questions. Was very professional and friendly. Knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend him.

  Around 5 years ago we used AFS to put in an encapsulated crawlspace. I received a follow up call from the company offering a free check up on how it had held up. I was a bit worried that the motivation for this was simply to try and find "additional services" for them to preforms for more money. I was very wrong. Chris Combado came and did an amazing job. He thoroughly inspected the work. There was no talk of additional services. He just genuinely inspected what had been done. I am very pleased with this company!

  AFS Allan Proctor was fantastic. So informative about the items he saw in and outside our home. Allan provided information that we were unaware of and to keep an eye on the cracks inside home but dating back to 2009. However, Allan set our minds at ease, He did so by letting us know what to watch out for in the future since these cracks dated back so long ago. Allan’s knowledge of AFS products was very apparent and greatly appreciated. He gave our entire home a thorough inspection and while doing so he tested both crawl systems. All got 5 Stars!!! Following Q&A session; We had a question about an area of concern where the fiberglass insulation was removed about 1 yr ago. Allan was quickly able to answer and has proven once again his knowledge of AFS products that could fix this issue. Showed us the fix I asked for estimate. Allan did run an estimate for the job but I asked if I could wait a little bit to do the job as I needed a little time financially. He was so polite, certainly kind, thoughtful, and listened to us as his customers which was so appreciated. Allan mentioned if and when we might be ready, Please just give him a call and he will get the job going to complete crawl space issues.
