I was in need of HVAC duct cleaning. JC Mechanical advised me they don't perform that service, but gave me a great suggestion for another company which was prompt, courteous and thorough. Thanks for the super tip!

JC Mechanical installed my unit a couple of years ago. They were great then, but this week I called them to repair my unit. I explained I was getting married and some folks were coming into town so I needed air. They came out next day. The part was under warranty and they had it fixed by 2pm today despite the technician having a family emergency. Jeremy and his team are the best and there is no other company I would even consider calling in Rutherford County.

We have been long time customers of J C Mechanical. Most recently we purchased a new AC unit from them. For some this may be a difficult choice, for my family, there was no question who to call, and this is why. This little memory came up on my Facebook from 4 years ago. Please read to the end. Our AC went out yesterday and it got up to 95° in our house. I called JC Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning about 4 pm and they came out after their last call about 11 pm to service our AC unit the same day. What is even more amazing is that while working on our unit the tech got a call that another customers AC unit went out and they had a baby at home. It was midnight and he left our house to go service that families unit. I know AC is a privilege to have and that not everyone has the luxury of having it. However, this company really understands how desperate things can get when you have kids in your home and the temperature is dangerously warm and you can’t leave your pets alone in the heat, which was my families situation. Going to a hotel was not an option with 5 dogs at home. They also came out during the winter, a few months prior, the same day when I made the phone call, when our heat went out and it was snowing and we were freezing (new to cold weather coming from AZ). They’ve also recommended us a plumber that we’ve used numerous times. I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. If you ever need your AC unit or heat worked on, they are the place to call. We are truly customers for life!
