  My wife and I purchased our first home here in the Arbor Ridge community. The sales office staff are incredible. Everything was absolutely perfect until rental investment companies were allowed to come in and swoop up 80-90% of these homes which has brought in absolutely nothing but trouble. They are disrespectful and do not follow HOA rules. They are destroying this community. Just the other night, 3 teenage boys kicked in the front door of a house while the owners were home. Residents park on both sides of the street blocking driveways and stop signs. This is against city ordinance. Now here's the fun part... we've been here just over a year and today our AC unit bit the dust. It is 88° upstairs which is where the bedrooms are and 86° downstairs. We put in a call to the company that installed the unit when the home was built, just last year, mind you, at 7pm and again at 9pm. Haven't heard back from them. Our 11 year old is asthmatic so she and my wife are having to stay at a neighbors house. Unacceptable. The units that are installed in these brand new homes are 2 and 3 times too small therefore it cant keep up. With our situation, it isn't a matter of keeping up, it has gone out. Next... the walls are paper thin, the floors are already creaking upstairs and the flooring downstairs has started to lift up from the glue. We have also had to have the entire frame replaced at the back door from water damage. While these homes appear nice, they are made with cheap materials. Its absolutely disgusting. Hoping the housing market gets better because we will be selling. If it were up to me, we'd walk away and cut our losses. Stay away from starlight homes.

  My husband and I toured this community hoping to find a home we could grow into long-term. Initially, we were impressed by the pricing and felt that the team was interested in helping us find the right fit. Unfortunately, our experience quickly became disappointing due to a lack of professionalism. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, yet we were given about 30 min to decide on a home before being told someone else might purchase it. Being pressured into such a significant decision felt unreasonable and unnecessary. To make matters more frustrating, another sales representative was showing the same home to a different potential buyer at the same time, creating a rushed and uncomfortable experience. We understand that homes can sell quickly, but buyers should be given a fair opportunity to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had.

  The leasing office here is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
