The Tuff Shed team here was amazing. They did a great job getting us all the details and working through the sales process with several changes on our side. This was not the most standard build as we required the shed to be very close to the house to avoid any setback issues. We also had a significant amount of grade that needed to be leveled by block as well. There was a little contractor issue to begin with on the day of the install. This was not the fault of Tuff Shed but the team quickly resolved the issue and continued with the build the same day with a different contractor. The contracted team that came out and did the build was amazing! Frank and his boys did amazing work, they worked through one of the hottest days of the year (90+ degrees) and still provided impeccable service and build quality of the shed. They cleaned everything up and left nothing to chase after they had left. With the heat that day and the paint clumping it left a few spots that needed to be touched up. Steve from the local Tuff Shed team came out and touched everything up and even found some items that we did not notice. His detail and great touch up work helped to avoid any issues down the road. He also was nice enough to paint the ledger board for our ramp that was put on. He did that as a courtesy and we did not expect him to go above and beyond to do that! The experience was great and we just purchased our second shed which hopefully will be installed in a couple of months. This time we are doing a 2 story TB-800 Barn next to our new pool going in. If the quality and service is anything like we had on this project, I expect it to be another stellar experience!

We just had our 2nd TuffShed built at our new home in Maryville and we love it! Sage & Kevin showed up in the morning and worked so hard all day building it on site. I just can’t say enough about their work ethic and professionalism throughout the entire day. We love the look and quality of Tuff Sheds and will always be a customer if we need anything built again.

We had a great experience with them from beginning to end. They were really supportive and helpful in getting me the zoning I needed. The builders who came out were efficient and clean, and very friendly. They left nothing behind and the site was pristine when they left. The shed is amazing quality and we had one tiny issue with one of the vents after it had been up a couple of months and Steve immediately came out and took care of the problem. Their customer service in absolutely excellent and we would use them again without question one of the most professional experiences I’ve had. Thanks guys! Customers for life. Now if you only built tiny houses for a decent price…lol. We want a “mother-in-law” cabin in the back yard. Thanks so much!

We called Bob and Kevin showed up. He did the majority of the work for us and was kind, considerate and patient. We highly recommend this team of professionals and would call on them any day. Great job, guys, and thank you again!
