They sell you what is on the lot if you want or you can order fresh and new which is obviously a bit pricier. They have age discounts on their sheds. Now they don't actually tell you on stickers how old a building is per se, but trust me, it's a nice type of shock when they sell you one right off the lot. We also bought a car port from them and ordered it new about 8 years ago. So we are repeat buyers and love them.

Our metal buildings are certified structures engineered to withstand winds up to 150 mph and snow loads of 35 pounds per square foot. Installation costs are included in your quote for level building sites.
Is delivery included in my pricing?
Delivery is included in all orders within a 50-mile radius. Orders beyond 50 miles will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Do you offer any warranties?
We provide all manufacturer warranties along with a one-year warranty covering labor and installation.
