  10 STARS! OUTSTANDING service from first contact to post plumbing follow-up! Audra answered my call for info and is super sweet and helpful! Nancy was my primary contact from start to finish and ALWAYS replied quickly thru calls, texts or emails. She is the BEST service coordinator I've worked with and and my standards are high. Josh and Justin replaced all my drains in a 4' high crawlspace. Even when working in the cramped space, Josh kept his UPBEAT AND POSITIVE personality and is incredibly knowledgeable having answered every question I had, whether simple or complex. Justin assisted Josh and Is a very FRIENDLY AND KIND young man who is eager to learn new things in his craft. Ryan attached a water line a tiny space and I am thrilled to finally have water and ice from my dispenser. Mikhail examined my plumbing needs and presented me with multiple estimates for service options and was honest about the quotes and explained aspect of what work was needed. Look no further a company to meet all your plumbing needs!!! Thank you so much to all of you for making this such a positive experience!!!

  Great Service! Prompt, Courteous, and Professional. Jake N. Did excellent work! He walked me through the conditions that lead to my pipe failure and outline how the repair would be accomplished. He gave me a great amount of detail and outlined steps I should take to continue to take care of my home plumbing. I am extremely pleased with the work. I am also very pleased with the initial contacting with Plumbing Authority. The AI was a little difficult when scheduling but I was quickly connected when asking ti speak with someone. Will use the again if ever needed. Thank you!

  Chase was on time to inspect plumbing and flush tankless water heater in basement. He checked out plumbing on all three levels of the house and reviewed findings and test done because of galvanized intake pipe from the street. He has excellent communication skills and answered my many questions. I was able to prioritize future work and have a plan for continued maintenance. Thank you Chase. Sally

  Outstanding Service from Mr. Chase Rost! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chase Rost from Plumbing Authority, Inc.! I called for a last-minute plumbing emergency, and Chase arrived within just 30 minutes of the call. His prompt response, professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding customer service were truly impressive. Chase was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to assess our plumbing problem first, explain the situation clearly, and then discussed the additional work that would be necessary to resolve it completely. Although I decided to postpone the more extensive repairs, I was extremely pleased with his expertise, honesty, and dedication to providing excellent service. It is refreshing to encounter a professional who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.   The guy that came out checked everything and then told me that I needed a 6,200.00 water filtration system. When I rebuilt my home I had you put in a scaler. I told him something had been installed to combat the clogging of my shower head. He told me he had been under the house and didn’t see one. I know I had gotten something. He then said he had to check the computer. He didn’t say anything when he came back in. I said I know for sure something had been put in. He then showed me a pic of the scaler that was put in. But then he said that wasn’t good enough to protect my home that he recommended I get a house filtration system and said my fixtures would be damaged if I didn’t get one. No one mentioned that when we decided on the scaler. He quoted me a price of 6,200.00 for it. I told him I had been battling melanoma and had medical bills. He insisted on sending me a quote. I said ok but I needed to contact my financial advisor. I wouldn’t agree to anything until I talked to him. I have been in this house since 1991. My Fridge has filtered water to drink. I have survived here all these years without a whole house filtration system. I felt like he was trying to pressure me about it. It made me feel very uncomfortable knowing how hard he pushed me on the filtration. I have never had anyone from there push me before like this. I felt like someone needed to know what happened. I have had companies before try to use scare tactics to get me to make a big purchase. After knowing about the cancer and medical bills he said I still needed it to save my plumbing. Up to this point I have trusted you guys to be upfront and honest. Never had issues with someone else. Was he trying to get a commission? To me 6,200 is a lot of money. He told me it wasn’t a lot of money. Well he is not the one paying for it. This was my tankless hot water heater flush and inspection.
