  Shane was responsible for replacing a leaking un-shrouded water main located under my driveway. I was not looking forward to having to cut up the driveway which was like 20' x 100'. Instead they abandoned the old line and ran a new one in conduit like should have been done the first time, and added isolation valves in case anything happens in the future. He and his crew did an amazing job. Respectful, diligent, and hard-working. The job was not the easiest, but if they were frustrated they never let it show. They also kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves to the best of their ability. Great job from a great company. You get what you pay for with certain services, and plumbing isn't one you should cheap out on. Thanks TN Standard Plumbing!

  Daniel and Thomas arrived early this morning with friendly, smiling faces, ready and eager to work. They explained what was happening today with the bore under the slab and the work to be done. As well as answered any questions I had. They were both hard working, getting the job done in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the leak fix and feel more assured that if leaks in the future, it will be easier to repair. I’m blessed to have gotten these terrific guys from Tennessee Standard to fix the problem and give this ole lady peace of mind that it is fixed correctly. I appreciate you Daniel and Thomas!! I would also like to thank Michael Gibbons for coming out Friday evening, and using his expertise to survey the problem. He calmed me down from my panic and fully went over what could be done to fix it, the options, cost, timing, etc. And to get it done so quickly was a Godsend! I certainly appreciate him as well! Blessed!

  This is longs, so I will start by thanking Ben, Declan, and Dominic! I called Tennessee Standard Plumbing after reading several recommendations on the Reddit Knoxville sub. I had bad experiences in the past with other companies, so I had been putting off contacting anyone at all. I called them on a Friday and asked for an inspection and water heater maintenance. Ben Lollar came out the following Tuesday and did a thorough inspection with photos to show me the house and crawlspace. He also tested my water and thoroughly explained the effects of hard water over time. He made several recommendations for service and gave me multiple options. He spent time with me looking at the different options and helping me prioritize what work needed to be done now and what I could wait on. I scheduled a job for later that week. Declan and Dominic showed up bright and early Thursday morning. They were both so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions and were happy to show me what they were doing. They installed two new toilets, rebuilt my water heater, and installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system. When they were finished, Declan explained to me how everything worked and would need to be maintained and answered my many questions. At the end, they left my house super clean, and I really appreciate the floor covering they put down everywhere. I definitely plan to use TN Standard again. Special shout-out to Declan for noticing all of the plants inside and outside of my house and warning me not to water them with the soft water. I would have been heartbroken if he had not told me and my plants had been harmed!

  I understand the 5 star reviews, and I’m here to add another! From the very beginning of calling this company, and speaking with the gentleman on the phone, to having Logan come out to take a look at my house giving me several options to choose from, and then having Peter, and Ryan work on my home was all 5 star treatment, and service. These guys are so incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. Every one of the issues in my home they handled with care, and took the time to explain everything to me of what they were doing, and what to do with the new installations. They installed an absolutely gorgeous new kitchen sink faucet, new shower head & handle, fixed a running toilet, installed a new water faucet outdoors, and installed a new amazing water tank, and more!!!! These guys did a phenomenal job, and I’m so impressed with their service. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for top notch quality in both outstanding work, and customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Peter & Ryan for making my home beautiful again!!!!

  I initially called TN Standard due to a busted main water line not realizing I had a much larger problem. Thanks to inferior copper grade piping installed 25 years ago, this was my second busted pipe in 4 years. My initial visit was by Brandon who spent extensive time showing me all the different areas in my crawl space of soon to happen more "extensive" damage. He explained to me all the options in great detail and we picked the best option to rid any future issues with pipes and was able to get me running water again which was a must! Once Declan and his crew came out, I was just very impressed with how efficient and hard working they all were trying to get everything replaced and get me running water. It wasn't easy on them as the week leading up to the 4th of July, we were experiencing 100+ heat and the fact they stayed late on the first day to get more work done I had to tip my hat to them! Declan and his guys were very helpful explaining things during both days they were there and very much appreciated how hard they worked to get my entire house back up and running with water! Would very recommend them especially when I called on a Monday morning and I had someone there in 1-2 hours to diagnose not only the initial issue but all the issues that were to come had something not been done.
