  We needed two toilets to be replaced. We called Tennessee Standard Plumbing. Patrick Bordine came out the next day and gave us all the options they had to offer. We made our decision and he was back with the toilets the next day and did a great job installing the toilets. He was extremely professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about plumbing problems. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing. problems.

  Pretty happy with Tennessee Standard. Only company that offered us a service call on the day. Scheduled our water line fix for Tuesday, but asked if it was OK to start Monday (no problem:) Shane and Chris ran into some problems getting 100'+ of line through rocky ground, but dealt with everything as well as you could possibly expect. Explained everything well and understood our concerns. Took a bit longer than the best estimate, but the early start meant it was finished on time anyway. Recommend.

  Jerid was fantastic! The first day, yesterday, he was here he did a very thorough inspection of not just the toilet which needed repair but also my water heater and he also checked my tap water for impurities. Afterward we discussed the plans that the company offers for water heater replacement, a water purification system and repairs or replacement of my broken toilet. I opted for the least expensive plan this time which amounted to a repair of the toilet. Jerid then scheduled to come back today and he arrived prepared with all the necessary equipment needed to repair my toilet in the master bathroom. He did an excellent job and I'm completely satisfied with the work he did on my toilet and it works wonderfully now. He is a very personable individual and very easy to talk to and it was a pleasure having him in my home to complete the repair. If I have any problems in the future I would hope that the company sends him my way again. Thanks again for sending Jarid and once again I am 100% satisfied with the work he performed. He is definitely a keeper!

  My water company called me today and said I had a leak somewhere and needed to call a plumber. The company sent Alex to check out the leak Alex knew his job very well and explained everything in a professional. He checked everything inside and outside of my house that was associated with water. My hot water tank had a leak that I will have to have replaced very soon. He also showed me a sample of the water from my hot water heater and it was disgusting to think this is what I have been taking showers in. Alex is truly an asset to his company. He is hard working and wants his customers to be satisfied When I can replace my water heater I will definitely be giving Alex a call

  We had the pleasure of having members of the Tennessee Standard Plumbing-team in our 1940’s home today to start & complete a significant project redirecting waterflow and bringing our existing system up to code. Branden and Stephen were so very knowledgeable, professional, tidy as they worked throughout our home, but they also worked with us throughout the process to ensure we were pleased with pipe placement and outcome. As a bonus but very important, nonetheless, they were both very kind and helpful - people you want to know. Thank you Tennessee Standard Plumbing, and specifically Branden and Stephen. Although this was our first experience with your organization, it’s the first of many. For all of our future plumbing needs, we’ll call Tennessee Standard Plumbing.
