  We love the cabinets, the Sole is a great line. The carpenters both the subcontractor as well as (Gary and his assistant) we experienced with installing were meticulous, but fast and great to communicate with. Our experience with the warehouse manager (Arron) was also really great in communication, following up with us on the process of outstanding items and always returned my calls. However, the reason I could not provide a 5 star was the experience with our sales person Kathryn. The communication was like pulling teeth, you never knew if you were going to receive a response. Even if you sent a text you may not receive a response. On a couple of occasions the communications was an e-mail reply with the answer in the subject line and nothing else in the e-mail body. If you like to have all the details explained and written in the contract this will be a challenge. It was very difficult to get items added to the plans so we felt comfortable on what we were receiving and the price of the items. A couple of times there were changes left out from previous updates. When you make changes I recommend you keep really good notes and understand the price changes, the pricing was sometimes hard to follow and we felt we could not trust the pricing changes. Several times we had to have repeat conversation on certain details. As mentioned in other post concerning salesman when she was on vacation there was no back up which ended up working to our advantage, allowing me to move some things forward on my own. I also highly recommend you work with the countertop company individually. Trying to understanding the cost of the tops and backsplash (wanting it itemized) Scott (Manager) on Kathryn's behalf requested we take our business and conduct it directly with Smokey Mountain Tops. Which we did and it was a much better experience working directly with them. I highly recommend Smokey Mountain Tops. Lastly we always felt our account was just not large enough to be worth her time, often referring to other larger clients.

  So thankful we chose Standard for our remodel! Katheryn exceeded our expectations and came up with a layout we never dreamed possible!

  Really great service .. I was pretty down due to dealing with a lousy, unscrupulous contractor when I came in and was tired of being ripped off.. however I was pleasantly surprised coming here and ordering my vanity. Katherine was my associate/specialist and she was awesome making sure everything at least with their company was done professionally and my vanity is beautiful .. you get what you pay for and this place gives you great service and a quality product ..

  I had the same experience! It was hard to get someone to help you and then never received the information requested in the kitchen area.
