- SHStuart HohlJun 17, 20265.0Had two issues that they took care of quickly. 1) Clogged toilet (toddler flushed a bath toy) - I had tried angering it myself, but they were able to clear it in 10 minutes with their motorized one. Very happy with this and that we didn't have to pull the toilet, which I was considering doing myself. Would not have been worth it in this case. 2) Broken waste and overflow lever - This was the original one and the bolts were corroded. They had to work hard on this one but were able to get it out, cleaned, and replaced with a faceplate (we opted to just use a stopper from now on). All in, just under $200 with the service charge, $10 dollar auger fee, and 45 minutes of labor. Justin did a great job and clearly communicated. Another company quoted me $300 minimum, which I knew was high unless we had complications, so I highly recommend Scott's. Quick, friendly and professional and no BS trying to make the problem bigger than it was to drive up the price.
