  I shopped around the Knoxville area for a metal garage. Terry Lay, of R&R Buildings, offered the best quality, cost, workmanship and warranty guarantees that I found. Terry spent time answering all of my questions and making sure I was going to be satisfied with my garage. I purchased a 24'x25', insulated, two car garage, with upgraded garage doors. Once the concrete pad was poured I sent pictures to Terry and Carolina Carports. Carolina Carports was quick to respond and place me on the schedule for installation. The crew of three men arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They were very nice and friendly. They worked hard and fast and did a good job. They're was a slight miscommunication with the factory and the installation crew with an incorrect part. The garage doors couldn't be installed that day. The same three men returned the following day and completed the garage door installation. Within an hour or so, they were done. They clean the work site well before leaving. And, most of all, they make sure you are happy. I placed a down payment Feburary 3, 2025. I had a completed garage on a concrete slab on April 17, 2025. Terry is quick to return calls and doesn't leave you hanging. I highly recommend R&R Buildings and Carolina Carports for your garage and carport needs. I'm thrilled with my beautiful garage.

  Great customer service, Terry answered all my questions and he helped design my building with cost saving ideas. Delivery and installation was perfect. If you want to buy a building or just gather information, Terry is the best!

  Terry is a great salesman and does all he can to service his customers. i got another shed from him last year. This one I had no choice. Rain and wind tore off the roof of my old metal shed and could not be repaired, That happened on a Sunday night, Saw damage on Monday morning, 31st Thought the roof could be replaced but realize the age, have to replace, I called Terry on Tuesday and left him a message that a friend of mine & I were coming that Morning to look for a new shed. When I got there, he had already had a list of possible sheds that I could choose from. Found the best one for my use. Great salesman, and customer service!! Now to get the shed delivered. 1/9/25
