Unfortunately, our experience with ProDeck was not what we hoped it would be. It started with supplies being delivered in the wrong color, followed by the wrong size, and then issues with the installation itself. What I can say is that they continued to come back and try to make things right, and I do appreciate that. After nearly a year of ups and downs—and admittedly, more downs than ups—I believe the project is finally complete and, most importantly, our covered patio is no longer leaking. A special thank you to Carlos. He stayed committed to figuring out a solution and ultimately helped get us to the finish line. We’re very grateful for his persistence and efforts. That said, based on our overall experience and the amount of time and frustration involved, I would not feel comfortable recommending ProDeck to a friend.

My experience with ProDeck was a 10/10. They did a massive wrap around back porch tear down and rebuild and the whole process was phenomenal. Ken Correa was there the whole way through ensuring every aspect of the job was cared to. This was really important given we had a small baby with certain sleeping hours and three dogs who needed access to the backyard during the project build phase. Ken was always checking in and going above and beyond before, during and after normal working hours. Ken and his team did such a good job, I asked them to help fix our crumbling chimney after the deck project and they did a fantastic job there as well. I only wish they could open a restaurant and do car repairs…because if they did…they’d be the best in Knoxville at those things too. Hire ProDeck…ask for Ken. You won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic experience with ProDeck on building the sunroom for our house. Nathan helped us create the design exactly how we had envisioned, Ken and team executed the project really well from start to finish. The house now looks really modern with the spacious high ceiling sunroom. Would highly recommend them for outdoor projects.

ProDeck did a great job designing and building our new deck! Our project manager Carlos was especially attentive and thorough. Molly at the office was wonderful too! Thanks ProDeck!
