Liar Liquidators is the absolute worst place to buy flooring. I'm sure they will delete this review as they delete all the ones they don't like. They don't care one bit about customers. They don't care about selling you quality products. They will not make it right with you. They will 100% take your money and then act like you do not exist. The flooring we bought can't be installed because the click and lock edges are brittle, broken, misshapen, bug infested, and warped. They wont take it back if the box is opened but when your order it they say it can ONLY be sent to THEIR store not my house. They say they need to "inspect and count it." What they really mean is they open all the boxes so you can't return it. We have spoken to several different people with "customer service" and they say they will help you and then they never call back. And don't worry, they will respond to these bad reviews and try to make new customers think they care. But then when the shades come down they don't actually want to make it right or they would. It's all a front.!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

LL Flooring was only one of many options which we investigated for our flooring update. They were the best priced and hassle free shopping. William Burns was very helpful, extremely friendly and quite knowledgeable in providing the products that feel within our budget.

Awful. Took 6 months from start to finish. Had to come back for rework many times after “finished”. It’s done now, but can’t say I am happy with the results. Cut the wrong size floor vents in floor. So the wood floor hole doesn’t match the vent under it. They were measured, and LL had custom vent grills ordered. They still cut the wrong size hole in the new flooring and used all the same sized ones and tried to charge me more for that mistake. Now at least one of the vent grills is nailed in place and can’t be removed to clean, retreats dropped items from, or do work on. Stairs took forever to finish. Months of delays. The balusters were cut seemingly random heights. Some are way to tall so the railing didn’t set down on the newel posts and some were so short they could fall out. The railing was loose enough I could swing it side to side almost 6 inches with my pinkie and they said it was fine. Took months of speaking to managers to get them to try to fix it. I’m redoing the balusters and railing myself. I’m no professional but I can certainly do much better then they did. I’d never use them again.
