- DDDavid4 days ago5.0As part of preventive maintenance measure, chris noticed some insulated lines on the Mr Cool AC system that needed replacement. The insulation was shot. Chris explained the problem, what was needed, and approx cost. A couple days later to order and install, and all was fine. Great service, competent technicians, no BS. A little pricey but worth it. Coleman is our contractor of choice.

We really appreciated that. Just as importantly, he was able to answer some questions that we had about our system that two other companies had not been able to answer! He was also just very nice to speak with. We are so happy that he was assigned to our job and look forward to seeing him again.

I sent him pics for him to give and estimate (didn't even have to have a guy come out for an estimate!), then he worked with price with me as well. And I had gotten 8+ estimates. Installers showed up on time and worked for 9 hrs on a "simple" switch-out HVAC replacement. They made sure the system had new duct work and did a great job installing. Then Andy helped me out when I had an issue with the TVA rebate, even having John H Coleman send me a check for $300 that TVA would not rebate, but he said they would. That's amazing! You just don't find that anymore. He was very accessible by phone or email. All around a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Chris identified the issues, fixed it and was super nice, especially considering it was an after hours call. We signed up for Coleman Care maintenance on the spot!
- RHRenae HoltSep 11, 20262.0I think John H Coleman might be a great company- I just seem to be having a lot of problems dealing with them, myself. My initial experience was great! I had a problem, they came out on the weekend, fixed the problem, I signed up for their Coleman Cares plan - everything went great. After that visit, I had requested a quote on additional services. I was told I'd get a quote. Didnt get one. I called back to check on it. Was told again the quote wld be sent. It's probably been a week, and still no quote. Also, my Coleman Cares plan was supposed to be renewing, so I said I wanted to downgrade, and gave them a new credit card. The card was not charged when it came time to renew. Meanwhile, no emails, texts, phone calls, or any communication to let me know Anything- like, confirmation that I am signed up, or that I am on the plan, or what to expect, or what the plan entails (details about the services), or Thank you for joining!, or, like I said, I still haven't gotten the initial quote I requested. It is like I'm being ignored- outside of the phone calls I am placing to them. Which is not a very nice experience for a new customer, especially after the first experience was really pretty good. (I really appreciated that first woman I talked to, and wish I knew who it was- she was good & helpful.)
