  Everyone involved in the process was very friendly and they were the most cost-effective in the area for a septic pump. John came through first with a good explanation of everything they do and upfront pricing, With zero pressure. Robert pumped the tank quickly and he was very friendly and informative also.

  I’m absolutely incredible service. From initial diagnosing to the actual clean out everybody on the team was incredibly kind and helpful. Good attitudes, quick service and reasonable price. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

  We cannot speak highly enough of Darell W. and his team, Tyler Z. and Ryan S. Our property, The Pennhouse Apartments, has been working with Go Hero for the past five to six years, and we would not trust anyone else with our heating and air needs. Their team consistently delivers exceptional service. They are knowledgeable and reliable and handle every job—large or small—with professionalism and efficiency. In addition to their technical expertise, they are always friendly, respectful, and easy to work with, which makes a significant difference.   This was the second time we used GoHero for our septic issue. They are great both times they responded quickly even on a Sunday to setup next day service. Aaron the tech who came out was awesome he explained and showed.ne everything he was checking and was very thorough. I will definitely be using them again

  I cannot recommend this company enough. Let me just start off by saying I had never heard of these guys and just happened to run across them on Google and after calling about 5 other companies before them and being told again and again they didn’t serve Rockwood I was starting to feel a little hopeless. Well that is until I called GoHeroNow and was told they would be sending a technician out that day (mind you it was around 1 or 2 in the afternoon when I made the call oh and this was on a Friday as well so you could say this is pretty much unheard of) and sure enough within a couple of hours John was at my house. My septic tank was backed up and leaking into my yard and our tight line was crushed. John did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me and my 86 yr old grandfather who doesn’t always listen or gets really upset about things and John never once got hateful or irritated with him and treated the both of us with nothing but respect even talking to my son about getting into the plumbing industry. So he made us an appt for first thing Monday morning and just like clockwork they were here and ready to work. We knew exactly what to expect from the work being done to exactly how much it was gonna cost before the work even began which I thought was pretty impressive since jobs like these usually come with a few hidden cost thrown into the mix. Nope not with GoHeroNow there’s no surprises and no estimates you know down to the penny what you’ll be paying and they even offer financing with different payment amounts. They were quick but thorough with their work to the point of where they had to dig to get to the septic tank these guys even put down hay and grass seed so my grass would grow back. I mean seriously?? Wow is all I can say. They have even been in touch after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied with their work and to make sure we were okay and that we didn’t need anything else. This is a company with hard working people that truly care about their customers. Oh and I forgot to mention that before the guys even come out you get a text with a picture of the fellas that will be coming to your home so you know exactly who to look for along with their name and when you call in to schedule an appt they let you know all of their employees are drug tested which is a relief. I literally couldn’t think of anything this company could do better at or anything I would change at all. So if you need any plumbing or hvac work give these guys a call and I promise you won’t regret it.
