  Jeff and Jeremy successfully resolved the issue with my unit, a task that previous attempts had not accomplished. Their promptness, dedication, and commitment to completing the job to the highest standard were evident, as they worked until 11:29 PM on a Friday evening, following a full day of work in challenging conditions within attics. We sincerely appreciate their patience, time, and professional demeanor.

  Do not use this company. We had them come out to check our unit and the service manager came out I do believe. But within 15 mins he was trying to sell me a whole new unit and also without doing much diagnosis at all he told me we had a Freon leak. Welp that was a lie we had a secound opinion and no leak was found the unit checked out other than we needed a 2nd return put in the back of the house which was added on years ago and that was causing the main return to draw all the hot air from the back to the front. Which was causing the system to not cool the house properly. So All in all he failed to properly inspect the unit. Lied about it to make money for something not broken and wanted to sell a unit to reap the rewards and commission. And after using them and Lenco home repairs and alliance heating and cooling all of them lied and said there was no issues. Welp we finally called another company. Eco heating and cooling and writhing 30 mins he found the issues everyone overlooked or was to lazy to thoroughly check. Our unit was way over working to compensate for the failing components and was on the verge of burning up most likely bc the first three companies Go hero heating and cooling, lenco home repairs, alliance heating and air totally failed to do the job lied and tried to take us for every penny they could. They are all 3 useless and liars. Do NOT use any of them.

  We have been using Go Hero for minor plumbing/HVAC/misc issues for several months and have always been impressed with their professionalism, fair pricing, and timeliness. Recently, our organization had some renovation work done and Eric was phenomenal. As our project manager he went above and beyond with the details, kept us posted regularly, and was always positive and professional. The work done by the contractors was top notch and meticulous. All Go Hero employees and contractors were always pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure working with them on this project.

  This company ruined my entire plumbing system. I just wanted them to fix my toilet and they insisted I needed $17,000 worth of work and two years later my plumbing is worse than before. I was without electricity and plumbing for 2 whole months for them just to fix my toilet. I’ve had to constantly hire other plumbers to fix their mess. They blocked me and others I know for leaving honest reviews of their work and said I had to delete my honest review or they wouldn’t fix their mess. They did a temporary fix and messed up some other things so I just wanted them out of my house at this point and hired someone else. They’re extremely dishonest snake oil salesman who might actually fix your plumbing every now and then. Do yourself a favor and give this review the benefit of a doubt. Hire anyone else but this company.

  I highly recommend Go Hero Home Services! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was pleasant, friendly, and quick to respond every time we called. John C. was our technician, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond to help us and made sure everything was taken care of. His communication was outstanding—he kept us updated throughout the entire process, including the status of our special-order part. It was a fantastic experience. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused service. We will definitely use Go Hero Home Services again!
