  We had them replace our HVAC unit, and it was a painless, great experience. Doug had great communication, pricing and service. John, the tech who did the install did a great job and was respectful of our home and the work space. Highly recommend!

  Total lack of communication. Times would change and I’d get texts and then total confusion as they just treated me like I did not matter since they had my money for the annual checks and all. Service person nice but have no clue what was really done. Shame as they use to be the best. Just not my experience in 2026

  General Air Service is a really great HVAC Company! They have installed many units for our apartment complex in Athens, Tennessee. We just had an outside HVAC unit changed out and John the technician did an awesome job!

  Elaine confirmed the appointment. John, the technician, was professional and on time. Diagnosed the problem w our thermostat and fixed it. Great local company. They’ve always been excellent to work with.
