  Juan was amazing. First off, we were closing on our home and wanted to budget some estimates for a new fence. Juan was the only fence company that was able to give me a rough order magnitude estimate. I wasn’t holding anyone to the price I just wanted to confirm the range I was able to research was accurate for Knoxville. Juan was very knowledgeable of the terrain and fence options. His expertise allowed to us to make easy decisions to choose the perfect fence for our dogs, kids, and new home. His recommendation to have a Survey was the perfect suggestion. He also had great contacts to get the Survey done. We were able to add a significant amount of space and provide more room for our dogs to run. Juan was in constant contact, after working hours, any time it didn’t matter. Call or Text Juan and he responded. We had a flexible schedule and there were no surprises. Now the installation of the fence. Jorge and his crew were not only fast but their quality of work was amazing. I didn’t think they would get so much done so quickly. They even installed our solar light caps when they finished, no charge. They kept a clean job site and returned the property to its original state. I had several price quotes and Fence Haven wasn’t the absolute cheapest but their price was extremely competitive and I guarantee the quality, professionalism, and entire experience was worth more than they charged. If you need a fence and can’t decide on what you want or what will work for your dogs, give Juan a call and let him work his magic.

  I called this company cold and not knowing them. I relied on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Logan came out and priced the chain link repair. Several places where trees came down and mangles the fence line. I paid 50% deposit and they were quick to get me on the schedule. They came out and did an ok job but there were things they missed. Logan the owner came out to take a look and relayed instructions on to the crew which were here to fix a little too quickly because they didn't get all of Logan's instructions so they had to come back. Logan then wanted to give me a deduct because of the missed work but instead I asked him to fix a sagging wooden gate and they did that perfectly. I will use Fence Haven as my fence team from now on. Thanks

  I cannot say enough good things about Fence Haven! From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their customer service is truly top notch. They were friendly, professional, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. The fencesturned out beautiful, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. The entire process was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. It's hard to find a company these days that combines great workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Fence Haven definitely does.   Fence Haven is amazing! Everyone I dealt with from start to finish: Logan, Juan, Michael, Jorge, and Izzy, were all absolutely fantastic. They worked with every request I had and ended up giving my girlfriend and I the best fence imaginable.Thank you Fence Haven crew!

  Wow! Where do I start? I am heavily involved in the animal rescue world, and the dogs in my care are at the forefront of a lot of decisions. We desperately needed some fencing to utilize our space to its full potential. While researching fencing companies, I came across Fence Haven and they checked every box, especially where having animals are concerned. The whole process, from start to finish, was FLAWLESS! Juan was amazing with everything from the initial estimate, to answering all my questions, to most importantly, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Install day could not have went more smoothly! Carlos and the install crew were incredible. They worked quickly and efficiently, but with amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. I am beyond thrilled with the results, but most of all, my pups are happy and safe! We can now make the most of our space and that’s a BIG DEAL! We have future fencing projects planned and we will always choose Fence Haven!
