  Signed a contract on 7/9/26. Paid deposit. A few weeks later we received an email saying they had been trying to get a hold of us. Called the office and sure enough, the scheduler had the wrong phone number written down (this was their fault). Scheduled install for the first availability which was 3 weeks later. Finally-we were so happy to get our garage doors. Nope. The installer Terry had a family emergency come up. Ok fine. So we rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes and we are so excited to get garage doors installed after waiting so long. Nope. The installer Terry is having car issues. So now we reschedule for the 3rd time. On a saturday mind you. Waiting on tech. Dude no shows and then finally calls us hours later saying his company credit card declined at Lowes. So you guessed it. No doors. No callback from Terry and no call back from the scheduler. Super bummed and highly recommend avoiding this company!

  Called told Jack would call me back about fixing a door. No call ever from him. Called the office 3 times never had us on wrecked that we called so I told her I'd fix it myself and get someone else thanks

  Great service and fair pricing. Farmer installed our garage door originally and we've used them for service and maintenance. We just replaced our garage door opener after 13 years, and they were not only the best price by far but also offered quick and professional service. I highly recommend them.
