  Jeremy was a fantastic project manager to work with and kevin and his crew did an amazing job. They finished ahead of schedule and the results were fantastic. I had neighbors complementing the work before it was even finished.

  Great job on the roof however the clean up process afterwards was poor. We’ve found nails, grit and broken shingles all around the house. This may be due to a storm that came as they were completing the job, however for the price they should’ve returned to complete the job. Gutters were not cleaned out as well!!

  Buying a home and the inspection showed that the roof needs to be replaced. I called 3 companies to get an estimate on replacing the roof. The first two had no problem getting us a quote. Exterior Home Services would not give us an estimate on a home we are purchasing because we don’t own it yet; how can you negotiate the cost of a new roof with the sellers unless you know how much it will be?? SO STRANGE!!

  I had 3 different roofs, 2 windows, and all of the exterior wood siding replaced on a 150 + year old building. I had a metal roof and 2 asphalt roofs replaced. The quality of the work and cleanup was excellent. The siding required sheeting, house wrap, and new trim boards to be installed before the Hardie Plank concrete siding could be installed. Most companies can do vinyl siding, but it takes a certain skill to install concrete siding. All of the work was done with expert craftsmanship. Exterior was the only bidder that broke the proposal down into 6 different sections each with a subtotal, thus allowing me to see what each component cost and allowing me to accept or decline each section of the total proposal. The other bidders just gave a total for the job. Exterior Home Solutions is the only company I will use for future projects.
