  I can honestly say the men did good work. However I was forced to be the supervisor, Jeremy did not do his job! On the first day I had to deal with the workers because he didn't show up with them he finally made it here around noon. Made me feel like I wasn't important enough. So I went over the job with the men and when the dumpster showed up,I delt with the placement. I feel this was Jeremy job not mine. Me being the customer I didn't know i had a job. As for James I never met the man. The men "workers" left my yard trash, inexcusable mess. I will never use your company again and will tell everyone not to use you. Once you got my money you couldn't be bothered with me" Katerna". However Braxton was helpful and the men with a little supervision " by me" did fine. I do have pictures of my yard if you would like to have them. I wish you luck. Jeremy stated he had to much on his plate. If you can't do the job quit. I am a retired disabled veteran, a very sick man. I did custom homes for 15 years and never made any of my customers feel unimportant never. Again I wish you luck. Sam LEWELLEN

  I had obtained several quotes on my roof. I have a 1000 SQ ft home one company told me I had 3000 sqft home wanted 3500 dollars. Mike your rep about fell out of his chair. This was a Thursday by Tuesday I had a new roof, it was awesome 5 guys showed up within an hour the the roof was down to the rafters by 3 they were packing up the cleaned up all the mess. Great company to work with, communication was top notch. The roof looks great.Thank you Mike and Ralph also your entire team.

  We wanted to replace an old freestanding pergola with an attached roof over the end of our deck. I contacted Jeff Headrick, and he connected me with Matt Marshall. Matt came out to discuss the project, take measurements, and provide a quote. His quote was $10,000 less than the others we received. Attaching the new roof to the house was a major project. After we accepted the quote and signed the contract, Jeremy became our project manager. Jeremy was great to work with and handled all the changes we made after the project started—and there were several. We were so pleased with the new roof and ceiling covering the deck that we later decided to completely redo our siding. We built our house in 1987, and the original exterior was cedar and stone. After woodpeckers and carpenter bees caused significant damage, we changed to vinyl siding in 2012. After talking with Jeremy multiple times and reviewing several samples, we decided to replace the vinyl with steel siding. With Jeremy’s help and suggestions, our home now looks very similar to the original, with upgraded accent colors and board-and-batten siding on the front porch. The best thing about the new siding is that it looks like cedar—you cannot tell that it is steel. Best of all, we no longer have to worry about damage from woodpeckers or carpenter bees. Everyone at Exterior Home Solutions, at every level of the company, was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done, including roofing, siding, doors, windows, and even deck repairs. They also do a great job giving back to local high schools and athletic programs. Jeff McMillan
