  On the hottest day of the year, our A/C stopped cooling & the great professionals from Compass were here to help on the same day it went out!! We can’t thank them enough for their time & skill to keep us cool during this week of heat advisory. We are comfortably cool because Compass saved the day once again!! Laura Parker

  Eric came by and did a service on the unit. Answered all my questions and showed me things to look out for. Great company who installed two new units in my current house and previous house

  Compass is an amazing company! Sometime while we were out of town the HVAC drain pipe got clogged and flooded our basement. I had called half a dozen other companies and nobody was taking new clients or had time to send anyone out. Phyllis at the office originally told us it would be Thursday before she could send someone out, but then called within a couple hours and sent us someone who had a break in his day. Donnie came out and got us taken care of within 30 minutes. Prices are very fair and everyone was very nice and professional. We will definitely be using this company in the future!
