You have to go through their call center which is cumbersome at best. The people are nice but if you miss a phone call from the technician because they are at one of your rentals then you have to call the call center, then they call the technician and then you wait. Unfortunately I'm busy during the work hours. I have many phone calls going through my business and this just becomes a pain and creates more work and slows the process.
