- NVnancy verhoeven1 day ago3.0He was very nice. However he couldn’t clean the only two bathrooms because the vent was a quarter of an inch too small apparently. He was scheduled for 3 + hours and was done in approximately 1 1/2. Hence the reason I thought it was a bit over priced.
- BMBill MurrahSep 29, 20265.0Connor arrived in the time frame that was promised and immediately got down to work. He began testing your ac unit and explained to me what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem and set about making the repair. We could not have asked for a better eco.
- NRNancy RutkoskiSep 25, 20265.0I had already had another company come out after a failed AC unit. I had time to read about the possibilities leading to the failure and was better equipped to ask questions. Jerry came out on a diagnostic call. He was very thorough and explained the various tests he was doing. I rarely write a review but Jerry provided exceptional service and I felt confident he had looked at every possibility in diagnosing my AC issues.
- VAVolde aragSep 24, 20265.0My AC broke and I didn't know why. I called Chancey & Reynolds and a nice soft spoken lady answered and let me schedule a check-up visit for a couple of days later. Then Connor visited me on that date and troubleshot my HVAC's condition. It went much smoother than I expected and he had it running again within an hour, and even installed a fuse so it won't fry again if lightning strikes again. I'm completely satisfied, thank you!
- TWTroy WilliamsSep 23, 20265.0Chancey and Reynolds did a great job replacing our HVAC systems. Their estimator was professional and provided us with a competitive quote that was tailored to our needs and requirements for a replacement system. Communication was excellent and all appointments were prompt and timely. On the scheduled day of the installation, Dustin and Reece got started first thing in the morning and had both systems replaced and operational by lunchtime. They were very considerate with the house and cleaned up all work areas before they left.
