  Cody Wilson came out to our house for an issue with our geothermal system. We assumed we would be spending quite a bit of money for parts and labor. After troubleshooting, Cody resolved the issue at the thermostat. System works perfect again, and he programmed it for the different zones in the house. Cody was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. We are so thankful for Cody's work and work etiquette. In fact, if we have any issues in the future, we will request him by name.

  Chancey & Reynolds is the best company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. All techs are knowledgeable in the jobs they perform. They are always courteous & friendly and eager to be sure to make sure we are happy with the service they provide. I always recommend them to everyone I know if they have a need for their services. You won’t regret it if you call them.

  James did a great job. He was friendly, confident, articulate, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. I really appreciated that he was a seasoned technician with a lot of experience. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and I felt confident that the work was being done correctly. I inquired on a past staff member that was personable and did a good job. He mentioned that a previous staff member is still working on site, which is great to hear, it says a lot about the company that they retain employees who enjoy working there. It’s reassuring to have someone with that level of knowledge working on your HVAC system. He also spoke highly of his team, which reflects well on the company culture.. I would definitely recommend James and this company, and I plan to share my positive experience on our neighborhood website. We purchased their program and will use their services again. I’ll put in a request for James.

  we were without air conditioning for several days and the most miserable creatures you could imagine in the heat with no relief, no sleep, just utter misery. We contacted Chancey/Reynolds and had a couple techs out to the house and were told our unit's motor was fried, rusted up and they were unable to remove/replace it at that time, but that they would order parts (not to be available until next week) and they would be back on Tuesday (first appt available). We couldn't abide that so I called and pleaded with Chancey/Reynolds and was finally able to appeal to the pity of a lady by the name of Darlene I believe to get someone to us sooner because we were in dire straits. She said a tech named Jerry could maybe get to us after 5:00 to try and see what he could do for us. The hours CREEPED by, every minute seemed like a whole day... we got a call and it was the man named Jerry who asked if he could come earlier since he was in the area and done with his last job. He came, broke loose all the old rusted stuff those young guys weren't able to budge, and put in a "universal" motor to get our unit up and running like new! The gratitude for Jerry's speedy, knowledgeable service is immeasurable... the man should be paid 10 times the scale. There is no substitute for experience and good sense and Jerry is a fine example of this. Thanks Darlene (?) for sending him to us, and Thanks Jerry for knowing what you are doing and taking care of us.

  My family has been using chancey & Reynolds Inc. for years! There are really good local HVAC repair the business! They installed a new furnace and new HVAC system in my condo a couple years ago. Another HVAC contractor was going to quote me $4000 more than what I ended up paying for with Chancey & Reynolds. During this recent heat wave, I needed to have my air-conditioning fixed because it stopped working, which was not great when it’s in the upper 90s outside with high humidity. But my HVAC tech Tristan got my air-conditioning up and running in just a few hours . I was finally after 4 days mind-you could make my house a lot more comfortable. If you are looking for a great HVAC repair service or plumbing or any other services they provide I would definitely recommend Chancey and Reynolds! They know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
