  Chaffee was prompt in setting up the appointment, communicating, and being on time. The service they provided today was a video examination of our sewer line between the house and the city hook up. Chris was efficient and thorough and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Without a doubt I would use them again for plumbing services.

  We needed a new mini split in our sunroom. Keith came to give us a quote and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions, didn't try to pressure or up sell us, and he gave us a fair quote. A few days later, Jason came to install the new mini split, and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, friendly, professional, and he took time to answer all questions we had during the process. He performed his job efficiently and was clearly very experienced with installation. He was very tidy and respected my home, using drop cloths, shoe coverings, etc. The unit works exceptionally well and is super quiet – we can’t even hear it when it’s running! We were thrilled with the process, the people we worked with, and the outcome!

  Had a new disposal and kitchen faucet installed. The faucet was so loose after using it twice we are no longer to use it. We have used Chaffee for years with no issues but this time we wer highly dissappointed both with the install and price.

  Fantastic experience. Called at 9:45 AM, and they had a technician out before noon. He solved the problem quickly and had my air back up and running within the hour. He was very professional and went beyond my expectations. He even fixed a problem that Pioneer had left behind when they installed my tankless water heater. The day before Earl came out, Pioneer had quoted an exorbitant amount for a repair and recommended I replace my unit with one costing over $17k! Chaffee HVAC came through, and I will ONLY call them when something comes up in the future.

  The technician came exactly when he said he would. After he checked the unit, he gave me a price to fix the problem. It was 92° outside and the house was getting hot. He got to work immediately and had the problem fixed within thre hour. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Chaffee for any heat pump and air conditioning need you may have if you are looking for reliability and knowledge. I will sleep better tonight in a cool house.
