  I can't thank Blass Construction enough. Through Operation Backyard, they replaced my roof, and for the first time in years, I don't panic every time it rains. I didn't realize how much stress I was carrying until it was gone. I'm incredibly grateful. I bought my home in 2012 as a fixer-upper. I was barely old enough to drink and had zero experience fixing anything... outside of my perspective. That part still rings true. 💁 Over the years, this house has sheltered a lot of people. Friends. Moms who had nowhere else to go. Somewhere along the way, the stars I saw the world through started to fade. Empty promises piled up alongside abandoned belongings, pets, and trash. It's funny how quickly people who "have nowhere to go" suddenly find somewhere else when the electricity gets shut off. Words hit differently after that. Time spent on others is time you never get back. Make sure it means something. Through it all, my house has been my one constant. Even in the dark. Even covered in cats..some that I hated. 😅 It held together long enough to get us here. I'm so grateful to Operation Backyard for providing my house the opportunity to stand strong for my son, and for the years to come. And to everyone at Blass Construction, thank you. Angel and Mary were fantastic with communication, and the entire crew impressed me. What was supposed to be "two repairs" turned into removing three-plus layers of shingles and tackling what had to be a much bigger job underneath. 🎵 The roof, the roof... was dangerous in 2012. 🎵 Even with the unexpected extra work, nobody complained. They simply showed up, worked an extra day, gave up part of Father's Day weekend, smiled through it, and worked like a team that genuinely trusted one another. My son and I have a safe, dry home because of all of you. Thank you. It means more than you know. ❤️

  Blass Construction did an amazing job on our renovation. The house went from being dangerous, moldy, and basically unlivable to clean, safe, and actually good again. The before-and-after difference is huge. They transformed the space with new flooring, fresh paint, updated rooms, bathroom work, kitchen updates, trim, lighting, and cleanup. Before finding Blass Construction, I was honestly starting to lose faith in contractors in the area. A lot of the other companies I dealt with seemed lazy, entitled, or just not motivated to earn the work. Blass Construction was the complete opposite. They showed up, communicated, worked hard, and cared about the finished product. Big shout out to Jeremy, Martin, and Gerardo for the great work and communication throughout the project. They were professional, hardworking, and paid attention to the details. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’d definitely recommend Blass Construction to anyone needing remodeling, repairs, flooring, painting, or general renovation work. Great crew and great results.

  We recently hired Blass Construction to help us build our new home in South Knoxville. From the initial meeting with their team to review the design, we knew we had found some real professionals who are passionate about what they do. They handled any changes we required during the process and were very detail oriented throughout entire project. The Project Manager assigned to our home build was just fantastic. He checked in with us regularly, answered all our questions, ensured the contractors on site understood the expectation, and kept the site cleaned up. We absolutely love our new home, and sincerely want to thank the entire Blass Construction company for helping us make our dream come true!
