  I highly recommend Barnett Roofing. They stand behind their work and provide the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. After Justin inspected our old roof, he sat down with me to explain options. He provided a detailed estimate for replacement; no hidden fees. He answered all my questions and provided vivid pictures that clearly indicated a need for replacement. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to Cate. Jack, the foreman, is professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He called the night before the job and explained the process over the phone. He arrived exactly when he said he would and worked alongside his awesome crew the entire time. What a team! They worked together to install a roof that looks amazing, and they cleaned up all debris from the job. Barnett Roofing has proven to be a reliable company with an incredible team.

  Thanks Matt and crew for a great job replacing my storm damaged roof on May 4. You showed up exactly when you said you would and finished the job in one day. I was kept informed as the work was done, and have received photos taken before, during and after the job. Cleanup of the debris was amazing. I will certainly recommend Barnett Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. Great experience! Thank you.

  I’m not the guy to leave reviews, but as a small roofing company owner I feel obligated to. I have done everything to start a roofing company in the past year to defy how slimy the industry is. Licensed, bonded, insured, certified…everything done right. I started marketing last week with yard signs and placed trackers on them. Of course a sign went missing and drew me straight to a house with a Barnett Roofing truck in the driveway. I have always respected Barnett, but was told directly by the culprit (salesman) that he was told to steal roofing signs. This is not only theft, but completely disrespectful to the small businesses trying to accomplish great things in the industry. I don’t pay insane amounts of money to market because I understand the higher the overhead expenses, the higher the customer price (thus my companies name, “Overhead Roofing”). That said, business is business, but if you want local roofing/gutter services please give the smaller guys a shot. The look in his eyes was priceless…I mean who puts a $30 tracker in a $10 yard sign? It’s all based on principle.

  Excellent Experience — Highly Recommend! I did my research before choosing Barnett Roofing. They're a local company with excellent ratings, and their MasterElite certification and GAF Golden Pledge Warranty set them apart from the competition. Their 25-year StainGuard Plus algae protection on their shingles is an absolute necessity here in Tennessee. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had a knowledgeable lead on-site throughout. They were even careful to protect an active robin's nest near the work area, a small touch that spoke volumes about their character. The new roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend Barnett Roofing.

  A great experience with Barnett Roofing. Everything was explained by the sales rep- Tim Keener in detail and answered all follow-up questions. Office managers stayed in touch confirming appointments. Job Foreman - Jack Barnett was professional, on time, communicative and attended to the details of the job and all our on-site requests. The crew was efficient, thorough, and hard working. We are confident and satisfied everything was done right, with a guaranteed product. The Barnett Team model is what one would hope for on all construction jobs.
