  We are extremely pleased with the products (SettleStop floor support system and beams) and installation. The entire team was very knowledgeable and professional. Our sales rep, Caleb, took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue and design the solution. Micah, Kayden, and Jacob did an outstanding job on the installation. Micah, the team foreman, expertly managed the install by addressing all the identified issues and communicated with us throughout the entire installation process. The team was prompt and left the job site in great condition.

  Very responsive, transparent and professional from inspection to installation. The field inspector(Fred) was prompt with inspection and readily answered all questions and explaining why the crawl space stayed wet and the permanent solution for fixing a decades long water issue. There was no BS in trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The installation crew (Jorge, Jesus and Hilmer) arrived promptly and on time , went to work immediately and didn’t stop until job was complete . These guys worked together as a team. It was apparent they knew what they were doing. Upon completion they cleaned everything up and left it as found. 5 stars for them. So, for anyone with crawl space , water issues, etc , don’t waste your time looking else where. AFS is the only way to go. I also highly recommend the crew of Jorge, Jesus and Hilmer.

  From start to finish, this was a great experience. I appreciate their communication, their follow through, and how easy it was to understand the whole process. The gentleman who came out and assessed our situation was amazing, and so were the installers, Jackson, Mikey and Chester. Everything looks great and time will tell about the workmanship but so far its marvelous, and I have no complaints. Very great company to work with on this investment in our home!! Feeling blessed! Thank you AFS foundation for a wonderful experience!!

  We dehumidifier our crawlspace and the sagging and bouncing in areas of our 10 year old single story home didn't improve. We thought to get a quote from a local contractor, but Angi's list led us to AFS. Ben Sizemore came promptly and spent 2x the 1.5 hours promised. We knew we were in professional hands. We received an appointment 2 weeks out (which was today). Micah led the crew either Kayden and Bobie. They called enroute to confirm arrival. Micah explained what they intended to do, which corresponded exactly with what Ben said was necessary. The team set to work and stayed working until everything was perfect. I saw their handiwork in the crawlspace. It was neat, tidy, and top notch. Micah, Hayden, and Bobie get our sincere thanks and appreciation. Huge kudos out to Matthew Ridley, Shawn Lowe, and Coby Stealey for taking such amazing care of our home, working with true excellence through an unexpectedly and ridiculously difficult job, and keeping us posted every step of the way.
