The equipment has performed admirably, and we had our six months maintenance visit this week. Nathan, the technician tasked with the maintenance work on our unit was knowledgeable, polite, professional, personable, and friendly. He explained the importance of the parts he was inspecting or cleaning and the readings he was taking. He even discussed the nuances of various air filters for our unit. In short, Nathan reinforced that we made the right decision three years ago to go with Central City Heating and Air Conditioning. Nathan is a five-star employee for a five-star company.
