  Seth and his whole team did a fantastic job with our new HVAC installation, which is the second we've purchased from AA-Air over the years! They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, even working later and in the middle of steady on and off rain during the second day to get the job done on schedule. They had a positive attitude, and made sure to clean up when they were finished. The new unit works great, and we're grateful for all the folks at AA-Air, from the leadership to Chris on the sales team, along with Cooper, Seth #2 and Levi, as well. These folks will get you taken care of!

  I would leave zero stars if I could. My air conditioning unit has not been cooling properly for the last two weeks. Had them come out today to check the unit and make a repair. I got quoted &97 for the service fee, $425 for the test and then it was going to be just under $2100 for the repair. I felt uncomfortable with the pricing because my research said in Knoxville it is normally $900-1600. So I paid the 97 and 425 and called around to other HVAC companies to see if I could get a second quote. Within an hour Quality Plumbing and Mechanical was at my house to give me the second quote. First thing the guy said was they did not do the nitrogen test. He then tested the Evaporator Coil for a leak and found none. I checked my cameras and the guy was right, the service guy from Central City AA-Air never did a nitrogen test. (Which is what I got charge the 425 for)No draining, not testing… only did the sniffer. I will never ever recommend anyone use this company. Lost all trust. If you get a quote for something call another company and get a second opinion.

  The technicians and the weekend dispatcher saved the day over the 4th of July weekend when our AC crashed completely. Thanks so much, AA-Air! We can breathe again.

  We've worked with AA-Air for several years now. Friendly, efficient service, willing to take time to answer questions honestly. Good options for after hours and weekend repairs too.
